At the Church Leaders Conference, you’ll have an all-access pass to our key ministry staff and lay leaders throughout the conference. Your team will receive practical ministry insights, be inspired toward greatness and reminded why you chose to serve in the local church.
We aren’t perfect. We don’t have it all figured out. And we’ve made a lot of mistakes over the years. God, however, continues to do great things in our midst. Every week we have the opportunity to minister to more than 20,000 people, across our three campuses. During the Church Leaders Conference we will give you and your team full exposure to Watermark Church and our 120+ midweek ministries. Many of these are the largest of their kind in the country, including The Porch (young adults), Merge (premarried), ReEngage (marriage), and ReGeneration (recovery).
Our ministry leaders will share with you what has worked, what hasn’t worked, and the many lessons we have learned during the last 16 years. This conference will be an opportunity for you to learn, network, refocus, and make memories with your team in Dallas.
