I've never seen Kandy station empty like this. Its so empty this day. Its one of the busiest train station in Sri Lanka and I'm so wondered to see it like this😊
Glad you booked the 1st class. we have booked 2nd class and did not enjoy at all. it was packed and over crowded. kids did not enjoy at all. Our advice book 1st class for sure.
We got guided to book 2nd class by travel blogs because you can take pictures outside the windows :) , however we decided on 1st class and it was a more luxurious peaceful experience, with less travellers taking pictures out of the doors for scenic views. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us!
