However diversity is known to drive innovation. When people from varied backgrounds come together, they bring unique experiences and viewpoints that can lead to creative solutions and new ideas. Like this teams can become not only more cohesive but also more innovative and resilient. Incorporating diverse perspectives means we look at problems from multiple angles, leading to richer discussions and better outcomes. Like this we have an opportunity to fnding strength in our differences and using them to our collective advantage. Otherwise there could be a risk of a collective blindspot.
