Thank you so much for your fantastic recipes. I made a 3 course meal today and chose the first two courses from your valentine's menu and had the pears for dessert which were to die for! So, so good. Those pears are now part of my go-to desserts. So easy to prepare but incredibly impressive and so yummy!
The pear dessert looks yummy! I made your lentil nut loaf and parsnip apple soup as part of my Christmas feast. Tagged on Instagram. I cooked 5 recipes that day for fun, and learned some things. The parchment paper lining for the lentil loaf was genius, the loaf lifted out easily. And I used your suggestions to make it look pretty!

Hi there 😊 So glad you like the look of my menu! You can make the dessert alcohol free for sure 👍 You could use alcohol free dry cider or simply pear or apple juice to poach the pears. It will taste more or less the same, I have made it with juice before and it's yummy! Wishing you a happy new year 🤗

May I ask what part of the pesto you don't like? If it's the basil put in any other green such a spinach lightly cooked broccoli any kind of leafy vegetable that you like or green vegetable that you like. And of course you can always make it yours by changing the oil by changing the nuts whatever it is. Take your favorite flavors make it simple and put it in a chopper. Happy New Year!

Unfortunately got an annoying advert for a food product that expoilts 🐖 but watched it because I didn't want Malin to lose out of any money because of the desperation of Google/UA-cam and the pork industry. I think they put those adverts on so you will skip them. Go Vegan!
