Absolutely beautiful card ❤️,
Nichol!! This is gorgeous ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Truly lovely! Great technique.
I love how you did the butterfly
Breathtaking card. I love that you can paint with these Mica Stains. Great, one layer card that anyone would be happy to receive. Thanks so much for all the tips and techniques.
Beautiful card. Love the shimmer.
Omg!! Beautiful!
Stunning card Nichol! Like I’d said last night (this morning?) during the live, the Mica Stains painted in give the card an entirely new look. The mica stains r typically splattered but, wow, this is jaw dropping! And in pure Nichol fashion, just when we think ur finished, u pull out one last “wowzer “……the Nuvo Crystal Drops ever so lightly on the flower. Perfection, Nichol, truly 🥰😉💕
What a stunning card ❤ so beautiful ❤

Oh my goodness so beautiful ❤️ can’t wait to try it
Your projects are always so beautiful.
Thank you so much. I loved the stamps, but wasn't sure how to use it until your wonderful creativity!
Nicely done ❤❤❤
I’ll be trying this idea today.
Oh Nichol, this card is absolutely stunning !!! It is at the top of my favorite cards seen/made during STAMPtember. It is soft & shimmery and just gorgeous. 💙💙💙
I am excited to try this technique! Im not loving coloring these days, but enjoy ink blending. Beautiful card! 😊❤❤❤
I have started collecting all the mica stains. I hope they release the sets I don't have. Love this tone on tone card. Thanks Nichol for showing another way to use the Mica stains.
Nicole - absolute stunning card. You are by far absolutely amazing coming up with so many ideas and techniques. I will have to try this technique painting with mica stairs. Would be so nice on a poinsettia card. 😀
Nichol, this is beautiful. Fairly often with Micas, I notice that they can rub off - do you use any type of fixative when you are done to prevent that? Thanks!
QUESTION... would this technique with a betterpress card?
Such a pretty flower card. I love the mica stains. ❤❤❤ when do you use the misti and when do you use the stampwheel?
If you watched the video you would see she used the stampwheel for the flower and the misti last for the small butterfly.. Really????
@@marybroxson2059 I have seen that. I meant the question in general and not in relation to the video. What can the stampwheel do better or differently than the Misti?
@@marybroxson2059 I can only assume you are having a bad day, & genuinely hope you are not generally so vindictive. If the latter is true, I feel sorry for you feeling the need to be that way. Either way, there is no reason to be rude to other people for asking innocent questions. Yes, you have the right to say what you want, but you don't have to exercise that right to be totally rude & inappropriate. Especially without having ANYTHING nice to say at all to take any sting out of criticisms. I hope things get better for you soon. Take care, & have a great day!
@@julesl1436 I'm sorry you had to deal with Mary's rude reply. I don't have a Stampwheel, but I have seen other crafters use it in videos. I know it is good for stamping wreaths, since you can rotate the wheel while keeping your paper in place, although you can also use the original size or Memory MISTI with the Wreath Builder Templates from Gina K Designs to do the same sort of thing. However, the Stampwheel does offer a slightly larger area for stamping, so I suppose larger wreaths would be possible. I think the stamping area is about 8x8" on the Stampwheel, as opposed to 6-1/2x8-1/2" on the original size MISTI. It is also perhaps easier to place multiple stamps on the Stampwheel and then rotate the top plate to stamp more than one image or greeting on a panel, by stamping one, then rotating to the next & stamping it, etc. That way, you can do multiple panels, without having to remove & replace stamps. I hope that makes sense! :) Plus, the Stampwheel comes with the sticky grid mat. While there are sticky mats you can use in the MISTI, they are not automatically included, so there is an extra cost, albeit not much. How big a cost depends on what you get. For the MISTI, you can even cut down a sticky mat like you would use in a Silhouette or Cricut machine, which I have done. Doesn't even have to be a brand-name mat in that case. Other than those things, I don't know that there are any other potential advantages of the Stampwheel over the MISTI. One downside of the former is that it costs about $30 more than the original size MISTI, so there is that to consider. Even if you add on the cost of sticky mats to the MISTI, it is still cheaper a bit cheaper. I do have a MISTI, & totally love it! I imagine it's more than paid for itself in saved paper without having to toss mis-stamped pieces, since you can stamp over again in the same spot. :) Hope this helps. Take care, & have a great day! :)
@@andrealavigne7824 wow, thank you so much for this great explanation. I do have the Misti and I was wondering if I want to add the stampwheel to my tool collection or not. there are so many new products out there right now, sometimes it gets overwhelming and I appreciate the opinion from other crafters. I wish you a lovely day. ❤️❤️❤️ thanks again for your kindness and your time writing me.
Did you use watercolor paper for this design?
Read the description... it says Neenah Classic Crest extra thick 110#
