This FM actually does look realistic unlike the "Su-57" that just flails its surfaces and nozzles from an extreme to an extreme while not showing ANY relaxed longitudinal stability at all. Just try it for yourself.
most other mods use the standard flight model. (like the base game Su-25) this mod uses an external flight model that the mod authors have worked since DCS made it easier to actually make a custom flight model. because of that this thing actually has thrust vectoring, the Su-57 has to fake having thrust vectoring because standard flight models do not support this. the way the Su-57 mod does this is by making the elevators generate more lift when ever you turn the FCS off. in other words the Su-30 mod and the Felon mod are not even comparable now that the Su-30 has a proper flight model that isn't just a modified Su-25 or Mig-29.
@@LodewijkVrije As far as I remember, the Su-25 is AFM not SFM. As for the Felon mod, it does have EFM, but not all EFMs are created equal. There was even an EFM implementation basically reiterating the SFM...
The Su-30 is the club and EVERYTHING else, including the F-22,are just baby harp seals. With the Su-30, DCS becomes nothing more than an arcade game on easy-mode - 180° and kill. So much for tactics and ACM.
You did not turned on Thrust Vectoring in Dogfight, it would have eaten that F-16 in one circle.
I had tried but what is the name of the jet in the outro 4:29.
It's the MB-339.
is it available already ?
You mean the Su-30 Mod EFM is more "optimized" than the Su-57 Fellon Mod?! 😂😂😂

Growling sidewinder did 5 rounds with an F-22 vs Su-30 Flanker H with TVC
Raptor wins 2 times
Flanker wins 1 time
2 draws
If you're good at flying, then you'll pretty much dominate in the Su-30. That's if you don't crash into the ground.
