Ah this is perfect timing!! I’ve been learning to sew this winter and been wanting to try to make this but was so intimidated. Thank you for explaining how to do it!
Man, its been years since I last watched your videos. I'm from the "lookunderhere-cut your own hair" tutorials era. Missed your videos and so excited to binge on alllll of your new work!!!
brilliant! XDD "if you think it can't hold anymore stuffing, just keep stuffing" XDD yuss i think if it were larger, you would really need to pack that stuffing in. in junior high i accidently stuffed my family studies sewing project so full it was.. very rigid lol. the same logic could probably be applied here.
Wonderful! Agreed. Getting back to our sewing machines feels great. I am going to make an olive velvet shell (seaweed covered lol) for my mauve velvet sofa. Thank you, Letitia, for keeping me groovy.
To me it looks like the Moi Mili cushion isn't stitched through both sides, but just stitched on each piece to create the look. Then the two sides are stitched together. I think theirs is easier to replicate, but I like the look of yours more. Well done.
It was super helpful when you mentioned what not to do and how it would turn out (don’t put the half circles too high up or else it’ll look like a pot leaf)
I would have created another layerof fabric on thr inside where i would sew the lines and stuff them, and then sew all the layers togehter and stuff the big compartment too.
Thank you for this tutorial. I’ve been trying to find a pattern to make this hat for my Frenchie. I like the elastic idea.

where are your booty busts/statues from at 5:04 on the left?? my friend thrifted one and we’ve been trying to figure out where it’s from!
I got them off a bartering app second hand! The easiest way to find them is off FB marketplace or other second hand options
2:33 that happen to me too lol 🙊
Lmao me like 50% of my life
