On behalf of all those who watch, but cannot put words down, please allow me to express forests of gratitude, rich and deep. Your integration of spirituality into the trauma we all suffer, one way or another, and then explaining how to release it lovingly, with forgiveness is truly appreciated. Fragrant blessings. Namaste 🙏

Oh my goodness! This is what I've been needing for seven years. Well, actually...all my life.
I've been an artist from childhood, been abused in so many ways since before I was even born, and gone through many rounds of therapy, yet I unbelievably I've never heard of this before. I've been making & teaching what I call "scribble puzzles," most of my life, but this takes that concept to a whole other universe. I finally have a scientific explanation for why I found my scribble puzzles so relaxing and satisfying.
Even back in the 1990's, I wanted to be an art therapist, finally beginning my university education in 2000. Circumstances sidetracked my plans, but one would think that with all of that going on, someone, somewhere, would've mentioned it. Or, with all the time I spend on YT, it would've come up in suggested videos.
    But, nope.
I'm retired now, but I'm determined to pursue a late-in-life career in this. First, I must learn it, apply it, and address my own demons.
Thank you so much for sharing your expertise. I plan to replay this particular video as many times as it takes to clear a path to finally fulfilling my dreams. And maybe, support myself financially in my old age.
    Sending much appreciation to you.

Sonsuz sevgiler. 🙏💚🥰
