    What if they’re all on your back instead of only on one side? It’s happened to me a lot lately. It often puts a lot of pressure on my ribs, so it’s really difficult for me to try to get out. I usually just stay flat and stall when it happens because I don’t know what to do. Any tips?

      The opponent will be called for stalling if he stays parallel. You need to be able to build your base.

      @@JasonLayton what do I do if they keep pushing my head to the mat? I’m alright at getting hips up and stuff but then my head gets shove to the mat. Sorry for bad writing.

      @@worstgamer1162 your neck muscles need to get stronger and you have to learn to maintain your base.
