I bawled my freaking eyes out the entire time I was reading The Women. It was my book club pick - majority of whom are also lady veterans - for March. The overall consensus amongst us was a full five stars. For me, it was without a doubt the easiest five stars I’ve ever given. And I’m in agreement about that one plot point… I’m trying to take a page out of your book and DNF more, but it’s just so hard for me! 😂 As always, thanks for the shoutout! I’ll add this to my list to film this coming weekend!
Yes! I was on the verge of tears practically the entire time I was reading The Women. It was legitimately affecting my my mental health and was 100% an easy five stars. One of the best books I have ever read. I didn't like that one plot point but really loved how it ended. It gave me all the happy feels after everything Frankie went through.
I had to comment again! Hail Mary is so much fun, I absolutely loved it and hope they make a movie about it. You have really made me smile this evening!
Oh my gosh! I got goosebumps when you mentioned The Woman as a possible 2024 BOTY. It was my second BOTM book I have ever read and was so moved, and still think about it. It was so beautifully written. This was a fun tag, I am so glad you did it! Thanks, Elizabeth
My favorite of the year so far is The Bodyguard by Katherine Center, followed by Red Shirts by John Scalzi. They are both sending me on a binge of that author's work. My least favorite was a cozy mystery whose title I am blanking on, which was a DNF.
Hi! So glad I found your channel. My favorites and least favorites didn't come out this year but I'll share anyway. Favorites so far: None Of This Is True & First Lie Wins Least Favorites so far are: The Breakaway by Jennifer Weiner & The Couple Next Door by Shari Lapena.(Dis)honorable mention to The Only Survivors by Megan Miranda
Hi! So glad you found me too! I also did not like The Only Survivors by Megan Miranda but her newest release, Daughter of Mine was MUCH better. I also loved None of this is True. Lisa Jewell is definitely a favorite of mine.
Thank you so much for the shoutout lovely!! 🤍🤍🤍 Favourite book so far this year is possibly icebreaker which surprised me!! And least favourite would be from lukov with love 🫣
Oh interesting! I thought I was the only one out here not loving Mariana Zapata. Lol. I DNFd one of hers and really disliked another. Never read From Lukov with Love but I know that is a popular one

They are making a movie! Ryan Gosling is playing the main character. I believe it is filming right now.
And thanks so much for the shoutout! 🩵

Awww, thanks for the shoutout, Brittney!! 💕 🎉 I really want to read both The Women and Project Hail Mary!
👽
Yes, do it! Both are wonderful books!
Love the intro to some new booktubers!
Me too! I hope you find some good ones from my recommendations!
Project Hail Mary is one I really need to read soon!
Highly recommend the audiobook if you can get it. One of the best audiobooks I have listened to in a while!
