I actually spent a long time digging into this. According to Edge themselves, our OBSs were the first of their kind in OBD2 ports and thus the computers and outputs arnt as standard and reliable as later OBD2 ports. Essentially they said our trucks are too old and outside of doing updates you just gotta deal. I just did an update and for the first time in 3 years, my CTS actually recognizes the correct gear and turns on my reverse camera when I’m in reverse.
I’m the slow kid in the group. I’m gonna need a video of the repining.
Could yall show an example of repinnjng the we it to start to the airbag? Is it just moving the entire setup? Or does it require rewiring?
We re pin the power wire for the wait to start lamp to the cluster input for the air bag so it illuminates when the wait to start is "on".
Dose this work on a F350 7.5L?
Not a CTS, the gas trucks don't have an OBD2 port.
@@obssolutions1466 a 1996 and 1997 California 7.5 will be OBD2 compliant and use a OBD2 port. same with f250.
But a 1992-1995 obv not.
I always find my insight loses communication all the time, tried updating it no help from edge really have you guys ran into that situation at all?

I don’t see it in your website.
We've got the bezel, but not the Edge Insights yet.
