I feel like it's sad that capcom had to go the route of all-out buffing every character. They learned from previous games and patches that too many people whine and complain and leave street fighter when the only carachter they know how to play gets nerfed. It actually happened in the 2012 update of SF4 capcom flat out said they wanted to balance adons standing high kick from two hits to one hit, but "too many adon players complained about it." They had visions of whiny bitches leaving street fighter so they left the kick unchanged. It burns me to no end to see people whine about nerfs.
