You're in the middle of Ceredigion county, a literal vortex of spiritual energy, and the four winds cross of coins is a druidic luck bringing talisman. I'm an Evans from there!

Thanks so much for the video. My hubby and I just visited Devil’s Bridge today and stopped for chocolates per your recommendation. Delicious. They were a good pick-me-up between the long and short walks. We are visiting from Tacoma, Washington from the U.S. so it was great to watch your video beforehand as we were preparing for our trip. Cheers!

4:22 I live relatively close to The Bolton Abbey Estate in North Yorks and along the walks there you will find coins in felled trees or stumps like that. Everytime I hear Devil's Bridge being named I think of the Kirkby Lonsdale one where bikers meet up for drinks and in the summer people swim in the River. That one is said to be named from the Devil jumping from it and leaving his impression somewhere bellow. Although I've never found said impression when I've looked.

What a treat to have you back. Devil's Bridge Bridge has been on my bucket list for a while now since gorging on the amazing series Hinterland, I loved the fact that every scene was filmed in English and Welsh, marvellous, and the quality of acting was stunning. Aside from that, your visit and tour were also stunning, I adored the caravan dress, bet Ian didn't buy it for you, does it wind him up??? What a place, and great advice, going on line to find the chocolate, so glad to have you back adorable lady, you make great and interesting films, looking forward to visiting our friends in Pembrokeshire for a week so we can do some of your tours. x

Very nice video of a place we have visited many times, as it's so close to us. Totally agree with the time to visit, especially if you take the steam train from Aberystwyth. The views along the journey are superb, without the leaves on the trees, maybe a bit colder, but well worth wrapping up for. As for the Welsh weather, without it, the falls would be a bit boring.
    Well done Hubnuts, and thankyou.

Great video ☺️. The scenery in the video is beautiful.. That gorge and bridge is fascinating. If you get to visit America? Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia and North Carolina in the USA are just as beautiful. The Blue Ridge Parkway is stunning. In Virginia visit Natural Bridge. Thank you for the tour Miss Hub nut. Greetings from USA.

Looks like a beautiful spot even in the rain. I think the misty weather adds to the mystery and romance of places like this.
I'll be checking to see if Sarah Bunton ships her chocolate overseas...😁

Carly you really should advertise yourself as a local tour guide for the tour coach operators who visit the area, You know a lot of stuff that i didn't know...i reckon you would be really popular..i for one would have no hesitation in using you .

Welcome back, this is a lovely 'real world' review seeing things as they are and not in the patronising manicured world of commercial television. Shame we couldn't taste the chocolates, as you put them in your mouth I found myself opening my mouth as I child who is being fed!
    Keep them coming!

What a great video. My French OH loved it and had a snigger at the chocolate tasting. Nice memories for her as not long after she met me back in 1996, she visited Wales (and Devils Bridge). Then drove across to pick me up from Leicester, for my first visit to her village here in France (where I now live). We came back to Wales for visits in 2004 & 2007. Hopefully COVID permitting we'll be able to come back someday. On vous souhait des bonnes fêtes...

It feels like forever since I've been to the bridge, mind you it feels like ages since we've been anywhere. Spending much of my misspent youth hanging out with my friends in North Wales I've been told lots of Welsh folklore attached to some of these places 😊 One of my friends family owns Wynne Hall in Ruabon although I haven't seen him for years. I'll never forget playing croquet on the lawns 🤭 We've been scattered all over the world now.
Thanks for the lovely tour Miss Hubnut.
Edit to say, religious types, as far as I know, don't believe non human animals have souls so I hope the Devil didn't get the doggo. I believe that animals have more soul than James Brown 😉

Another fabulous Miss Hubnut presentation. May I suggest that you start a separate playlist, AND/OR separate channel for your foodie segments. Food does very well on YT.
I look forward to Cardigan, or wherever the next point of interest is. I'm so disappointed that my plans to explore Wales were thwarted in 2020

That may be an idea for the food section. I'd like to do more foodie things.
