- Would your favorite TikToker take tattoo advice from TikTok? From misspelled tattoos to eyeball tattoos to tattoos that are just outright bad, TikTok has produced some of the wildest tattoo videos. When we heard some of our favorite tattooed TikTokers were in town for New York Fashion Week, we had to get them into Inked NYC to see these insane clips. If you see these on your FYP, do not try them at home... or anywhere else for that matter.

The only person that actually had something interesting to say was Mei. Not to dig on anyone else but you can just look and see who has the most experience with tattoos than the rest. because I genuinely do think that the more tattoos you get, the more you can learn from the artists tattooing you when it comes to technique, the risks, etc. especially when you put a lot of thought into your tattoos.
And in terms of the makeup artistry, Meis makeup is so completely different from everyone else and her creativity is unmatched.
Tldr: mei would be the ONLY person I would listen to when it comes to tattoo advice that’s not a tattoo artist.

So...why should we care what these TikTokers think about tattoos? They literally won't stop sharing their opinions on everything, I wanted actual tattoo artists opinions not a bunch of "content creators" I've never heard of. Not to mention the "content" they produce is just pictures of themselves.
I love people who are famous for being hot and having no other talents and I definitely want to know what they think about people with actual talent.

Because she's the only actual artist here. She does decent makeup, everyone else here just do thirst traps and onlyfans and so for some reason Inked thinks we care what they think about real artists with actual talents beyond being born hot.

I don't understand why a channel for tattoos would ask people who have little microscopic tattoos or pretty much none at all anything about tattoos
The funny thing about the Angelina Jolie tattoo is that he was actually getting it covered and they made the video as a joke before they started the cover up

Think you're forgetting Gen Z can be as old as 26 now. Some if not half of the Tattoo artists they bring on are Gen Z or off by a few years.

Med professional here! While yes, you can numb the eye in multiple ways depending on the procedure, it takes a licensed practitioner to be able to do so because of the possibility of increase in intraoccular pressure (not to mention regulated anesthetics being controlled substances in which you also need a license to obtain). Working with the eye is incredibly tricky and high risk and a reason it has its own exclusive subspecialty in medicine. Even "numbing drops" are a prescription in which someone at the shop would need to have prescribing authority (NP, MD, DO- PAs can't even work optometry). If there just happens to be numbing drops there, DO NOT PUT THEM IN YOUR EYES- anything used in the eye area needs to be sterile, brand new, and not expired.
Are you trying to attract a younger audience or something? I clicked for Mei but I don't know why the rest of these people are here. Most of them only seem to have a couple tattoos and they don't really have much to say. Putting them on a channel with an audience that expects seasoned artists feels like throwing some kids to the wolves.
I will never understand eyeball tattoos. I used to have to get dye in my eyes and the needle didn't actually touch my eye but just seeing it approaching was awful!

It's funny because I'm seriously thinking about ending my "tatoo life" with the eyes. I've done a lot of research, it seems the creator of that technique usually tell people to try lens for a few month just to see if they can handle people's reaction before geting eye tatoos. I'll begin by that.

Inked has always been celebrity focused. It's not surprising they get content creators because they are looking for cheap ways to get lots of views. Inked is very much just pop culture tattooing.
