the FIRST build you chose to display was.. the tesla din??? as a long time player, I know tesla din is 100% meta and has been even before d2r. idk what else to say. I want to be constructive, but the idea that it's "off-meta" is absurd to me. I wanted to keep watching, but now I feel like I can't. I'm not sure what the separation in perspective is. Maybe it seems "off-meta" to new players. Idk. I would watch the rest if you didn't start with something every d2 player knows about. Just wanted to attempt some sort of constructive criticism and portraying my thoughts having played the original game since release, but I might not be very good at it so I apologize if I'm like a total dick or something.. Please keep making more videos about d2. We need you.
I appreciate your feedback, and no, I’m not reading your comment and thinking you’re being mean. Having an opinion and backing it up with personal experience is not an issue when receiving criticism. When you watch the Meta Uber builds video, having the TeslaDin on this this vs on the Meta list will make more sense. Also, I explained at the beginning what I consider “meta”, especially for Uber running. The TeslaDin is a Meta Paladin build, as far as within that class, however, at least when looking at what is more commonly used, it’s one to rarely see go through Ubers. It’s more of a PvE and large AOE build, and to truly utilize the build and its playstyle, there’s specific stats/items needed to make it work best, and I had to deviate from the main focus of the build’s damage output to make it viable for Ubers, where as if I kept it as is, it wouldn’t have worked. The rest of the video goes over much more off meta builds in general, however, despite the TeslaDin being a meta paladin build for endgame use, it has shown to be more off meta for Uber running specifically. Just as there’s some builds that are best for leveling, some best for magic finding, and in this videos case, some builds that are best for Uber running, and the TeslaDin wouldn’t be even in anyone’s top list for Uber builds overall. I hope this has helped clarify my reasoning for it being in this video as one of my favorite off meta Uber builds. As I said before, I appreciate your feedback and criticism, anything I can do or learn to make my content better overall is worth welcome on this channel.
@@RareFXChrisC All of the builds showcased in this video are viable for Ubers, I made a video for each of them showing how well they handle collecting a torch. Again, I think the confusion isnt that these arent "meta" for one part of the game, however, these are "off meta" for running ubers. These are builds that, compared to a Kicksin, Smiter, Frenzy Barb, or even a Fury Druid, you wouldnt see often at all, and arent really considered "uber running builds". So yes, I do agree for just running around the game and possibly farming, these arent "off meta", however, when considering builds players would want to use, these are "off meta" for running ubers, and damn near none of these would be even in a top 10 list for most when considering running the ubers. I hope this better explains why I consider these "off meta" for running ubers specifically.

Agreed. Most of these are Meta, maybe "Sub-Meta" is the correct term? "Off-Meta" would be some very uncommon builds (hopefully still viable) :)
