First question. What does the pedal say it needs? But this is what I found on the Gear Page. I have not tested the theory. www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/powering-100ma-pedals-from-voodoo-labs-4x4-w-400ma-outputs.1541953/. Here's another article. drkevguitar.com/2017/11/23/pedal-power-adaptor-requirements/ Best of luck with your pedal
You just made my day. I also have 2 outputs I thought I couldn't use. Thanks brother.
Unless the extra cable you used also has a green plug then it is being used backwards. The green plug on the converter goes to the pedal.
hello, my 18v output has 400mA, could it damage the converter and the pedal?

@@LearningCurveGuitar I need it to power a CAE mxr MC404 Wah with integrated boost
@@MrBlupalustris maybe email the manufacturer?
It says it “handles up to 100mA”
Does that mean it outputs 100mA?
Or could it only take 100mA
I’m trying convert 300mA 18v to 9v
I have not tried that. That doesn’t sound a good fit though
Same, did u find something to do it?
@@martynabbott6386 i didn’t do it.
I just ended up using a daisy chain from the 9v output, so some pedals are sharing power.
Does it matter what end goes to the pedal and what end to the one spot?
The leads are different on each end, it won't be an issue.
Mine got delivered today I havent used it yet but still nervous to plug it in a 9v 🤣🤣 im sure it will be fine but I'm using my cheapest pedal first
Cheers!
