even PDGA's youtube videos are junk, I'm watching Calvin shoot on Brodie's channel in 1080P flawlessly and this channel can't do better than 360 without stopping.
do yourself a solid try autohd extension for youtube it works for me, as its lame to have to go into settings all the time just to set it to the hd lol. also sounds like an internet or connection issue. i agree their videos are super pixely where they shouldn't be and glitch out, i do think it has to do with their compression of videos and upload to the tube, etc.
youtube processing takes a bit to update the quality, thats why everyone does scheduled uploads. looks like they uploaded and published right away. come back in 30 min and it should be good

How do ratings work for doubles events? Does each player get the same rating?
Players get the same rating but neither rating actually counts towards their personal rating
In X tier events, the rating does not effect an actual players rating
