Here’s a nice list (would’ve done text formatting, but I have no time):
Pavlova:
Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1 and a half cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 and a half teaspoons of almond extract
1 and a half teaspoons of lemon juice
Steps:
Preheat oven to 200° F (90° C)
In a large bowl, pour in the 6 egg whites
Beat until frothy
Gradually add the sugar (while beating)
Add the cornstarch (while beating)
Add the almond extract and lemon juice
Fold in gently
Pipe into cup shapes
Place in the oven, and leave it to bake for 90 minutes
Whipped cream:
Ingredients:
1 and a half cups of whipping cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
Steps:
Beat well
Toppings (strawberry):
Ingredients:
5 cups of strawberries
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
A quarter of a cup of sugar
Steps:
Add and mix together
Serve:
Add the cream and toppings to the pavlova
The lemon juice u can add it while whisking, so it helps to stabilise the pavlova. Then when is very thick you add the cornflour and fold it as in the video. Hope it helps xx

why apple cider vinegar?
The apple cider vinegar and sugar help draw the juice out of the strawberries, creating a tangy syrup. You can certainly eliminate it if you'd like to though!

Is adding the cream and the sauce ahead of time ruin the texture of the baked meringue?
Yes, it will soften the meringues. We recommend adding the cream and berries just before serving.
Do we have to put almond extract
You can definitely leave it out if you'd like. Enjoy the recipe!
don’t sweeten the strawberries. leaving it as is adds a balance of flavour as the pavlova and cream are very sweet already
