Thank you for the Vlog. I was there about 10 years ago. I went to see the hotel too. However the funniest thing that happened was that while I was browsing in a gift shop one of the little burros came right into the shop to browse as well. The shop keepers took it in stride. So it appeared it really was the the burros town. 😃
It looks like a place that Clark Gable and Carole Lombard would love to go to. So far off the beaten path. I would love to go there too. I love that the wild Burros just roam through the town. It seems so peaceful
I love to see anything related to Clark Gable. What a charming little town. Now I want to visit this place. Seeing the burros was hilarious. Oh Marshall!!😂😂
Oh you lucky man Otman it looks like such a blast. I love the Burros they are so cute and cheeky. What a wonderful little town. Clark and Carole is such a tragic love story. I would love to see this area of AZ. So great they allowed you to see the honeymoon suite. So thankful for your channel Jordan you're very talented and have amazing knowledge. Great work Jordan thank you amazing road trip
Robert and Trudy Whitaker, who were friends of my parents, bought the Oatman Hotel in the late 1960's, and moved there from California with their 10 year old son Bobby, a classmate of mine. I know they owned it for several years. My parents stayed there in the early '70's, but not in the Gable/Lombard suite.
What a amazing hidden nugget! I would have never imagine that Clark and Carole, who could go anywhere in the world, would chose this little town to honeymoon! The burros are added treasure! Thanks for taking me along.
Ya just gotta love the burros. Went to Oatman several times, a fun quick adventure from where we lived. Just loved it. Thanks for another memory flashback Jordan.
My husband and I went to Oatman. We just moved to Las Vegas. The town is great and I love the burros. They are the attraction...I'm a vet tech so I love animals..great video....we will be goi g back again. Our fourth time. We've taken many guests there....
Ok - now I have to go there to see Marshall! Really cool vlog! I loved seeing the town and Clark and Carole's honeymoon suite. I'm so glad you did this!
What a fascinating little mining (Ghost) town. That place is just plain cool. The burros are friendly enough. This is an unusually "honeymoon" destination, but I can see the attraction as well. You take us to amazing places everyday DAZE, Jordan, and I am thankful for the travel vlogs. I am seeing parts of America, that I may have never known existed. THANK YOU!!
What a fun vlog. I love the donkeys walking down the street. Just a fun, laid back place. Nice to see where Clark and Carol spent their honeymoon. Too bad people have to steal things. It was nice they let you go up there and vlog it anyway. Can't wait to see where you take us tomorrow. Safe Travels and Take Care.
So cool to see Clark and Carole's room. I can see why they went back. I would love it there too, all except the toilet (the nettie) on the high street 😂😂😂. The Donkeys were lovely but I thought they'd be a little more friendly. Marshall better watch or he'll end up in the jail lol (if he can get in). Thanks again Jordan 🌺💕🌺
My two favs.....and both before my time! I've been on parts of Rt 66 but really want to do a trip from one end to the other. And that town and all of those burros...I love it!
This was so cool! I love Gable and Lombard, but did not remember reading that they went here to honeymoon. I love little towns like this, and I guess I need to add this to my "must visit" list. Love that it also is part of old route 66. Great video on this. 👍

Wonderful you got to show us the Honeymoon room. What a interesting town. Through your Vlog we get to experience what attracted Clark and Carole to Oatman.

Canasta?🤣🤣🤣. Your sense of humor cracks me up. What was up with the donkeys? Love this. Haunted too. Thank you, Jordan. Another great vlog. Much love to you and Jah❤❤🦁
The church in Kingman where Gable and Lombard married still exists, but it has been made into offices. There is a plaque on the building that commentates their marriage.
Oatman doubled for “Gold Road” in How the West Was Won. That 2 story building at 3 Mins was where the family stayed before the fight w Gantz that includeed the incredible train scene. It was blue in the movie. Most of that paint is worn off, but you look in a few places and you can still see it. Great vlog Jordan
Loved every bit of this vlog!! It sure looks like it could be the same rug!! Oh that silly Marshall...lol i definitely would love to check out Oatman! My Dad is from Arizona...i have family there. Next trip out we are stopping!!

This vlog really peaked my interest in Oatman. I had heard of it, but didn't know it was like an Old West town. Almost like walking through a movie set! This one was kind of a bonus vlog. I would've liked it even without the honeymoon suite. I agree with Jackie, I didn't want it to end either. You have to go back there again someday and take more time! Really fun to watch!
Playing canasta!!!! How awesome! Made me think of my grandma (my version of your grandpa) Still playing catch-up on the vlogs and loving every minute of it! As always, please keep up the fantastic job!!!

I love Oatman, donkeys are roaming around freely and coming up to people. It's so awesome!
We always bring bags of carrots for the Burros when we visit Oatman...
It looks like a place that Clark Gable and Carole Lombard would love to go to. So far off the beaten path. I would love to go there too. I love that the wild Burros just roam through the town. It seems so peaceful
