Another iteration of the how to win friends and influence people basics. It's good to see that it has been updated for the current work groups. Our job and your job is to find that one thing that you haven't common with every person on the planet and there is many things that you have in common you just don't want to admit it. But if you can find it you have a reason to have a conversation if you have a conversation you have the opportunity to develop a relationship and I mean a positive relationship where both people benefit from the transaction. Now is a salesperson the transaction factors are obvious but is co-workers it's less so but in truth if you can find a few positive things about people you can focus on that you don't have to focus on the negative. This particular TED talk is been impactful to me so thank you

Great talk. Especially liked the imaginary task regarding defending a person that you don’t like in court.

If life was a purely linear series of sunshine and lollipops, you might never know that you are built for recovery. Isn’t it far more interesting to know you are adaptable?
Your very bones are resilient. When one breaks, your body has coding to create the cells to rebuild you from the inside.
Practice your powers of resilience in the face of life's ups and downs. Leave the binary of ones and zeros to computers. You are worthy of a far more interesting life.

And still it's a lot easier for people to create conflict than for the counterpart to find a solution out of that conflict.

Yes in contrast the person who goes about trying to drive division between people groups companies or even countries, that's the dangerous person you should identify him very quickly and get him out of your organization or your life and not reelect them. For we are all better off having things in common as a focus of our life than things that are different.

I feel like this guy hasn't truly worked with idiots
some of the idiots I worked with: Didn't know how long to clock off for a 35, didn't know you needed to wear gloves while making hot dogs, not knowing Rome was in Europe, not knowing ribs connect to the spine, not knowing that managers might check the cameras to see if you cleaned everything you said you did, not knowing you could throw popcorn seeds at customers, not knowing you shouldn't fake seizures.

Jesus loves you and wants to free you from any shackles in your life! Call upon His name and He will save you!
If you confess with your mouth “Jesus is Lord” and believe that He rose from the dead and abandon your sins, you will be saved! God bless you, have an awesome day ❤

warning alert caution wonderful news DNA evidence proves we are humans, animals just like our pets in the food we eat: this is animal planet where predators versus prey versus protectors rules the day! White males have always created an interspecies food chain children at the bottom. Thanks to the American Medical Association children are being hacked into pieces in slaughterhouses a.k.a. children's hospitals so please rescue these innocent children so that they can pursue happiness.
->children's lives matter most, mother lives matter most, fathers lives well we are supposed to be gentle giants servants never never never betray our mothers.
->4000 years ago Hippocrates, Father of medicine, gave humanity a precise recipe to eradicate PTSD postpartum traumatization stress deprivations with megadoses of tenderness loyalty and compassion TLCs.
->so mothers can do what mothers do without falling victim to postpartum depression stress decompensation fall over dead while cooking breakfast. Or commit suicide homicide snap in going to infanticidal rage kill a baby wake up with amnesia not know what she had done crying her eyes out.
