ugh model home tours annoy me. 3.5 mil in title but then in description says 2.7-6 mil. so which is it. whats the price all in for this particular showing.? whats the price of the lots?
@@MrMikeMe this model is not for sale, the $3.5M is an estimated sale price. Base price start at $2.7-$6M+ all depends on what you want inside, like a basement, 4-6 garage etc.

@diamondk3y that area has alot of long established vegetation, eucalyptus and mature citrus trees among other plants. It gives a more secluded privacy.. I'm more of a dark wood paneling, huge tapestries on walls Venetian plaster and stone kind of person.. like a castle only with all the current high tech upgrades and conveniences... I think sometimes when people who have wealth buy second and third homes or just vacation homes and they never really bond with their homes.... like HOME is a feeling, it's of comfort and security and when you have more than one you don't grow roots... Idk if that makes sense..
@@terriec808 absolutely it makes sense. Homes are so personal, and there are so many different styles. This is a New build, but I have seen some gorgeous resale homes that are exactly that style. We will definitely try to showcase some of those luxury homes in the near future. ☺️
