Okay i actually had a really really similar situation. I had REALLYY bad acne and i hated going to school without makeup (I've actually started crying thinking about it). People would make fun of me so bad for my acne. I would do everything i could to take care of it and my amazing mom would take me to an esthetician to get facials but it just wasn't working. I would wake up an hour early to get ready, work on my makeup on the drive to school, and finish at school during the first several minutes of class. And people still made fun of me. I had people tell me i looked like white chocolate with almonds or if i came to school after a chemical peel they would tell me that i looked like a snake shedding it's skin. My self confidence really spiked after i graduated high school and i finally stopped noticing my acne. I met my husband when my skin was still very acne-prone and he fell in love with me when I looked like that. So people were so so mean in school but ultimately God brought someone into my life who truly loved me for me. And now we've had our first baby and the pregnancy completely cleared up my skin. Anyways, all this to say, i finally feel so much more confident in my bare skin and it's 1000% got to do with not being around toxic people anymore
I like myself when i don't wear makeup whenever I try to wear makeup my face becomes cakey specially because of the foundation so I don't really wear makeup anymore and i like my bare skin too 😁
I'm not saying that u shouldn't like ur bare skin or anything offensive but just a tip: your foundation may look cakey bc it's not the right one. Try looking for different kinds to not get a cakey look. U can try the Maybelline fit me foundation
You could always skip foundation all together if you’re confident in your skin, that’s if you ever want to try makeup again, there are no foundation makeup tutorials
Literally same. I would wake up so early in high school to do it it's the only way I could leave the house. Now that I'm in college and doing more skincare I feel really good about leaving the house without any :)

Girl I can relate to this too..I used to have a high level of depression i even skipped my school because of that a lot of timr..also I'm also an introvert I have a high level of social Anxiety and that's why I have no friends irl.. Here are some tips maybe that can help u I hope :) 1 = make a daily routine for yourself... 2 = watch some movies or series kinda inspiring one 3 = the best tip that helped me a lot is do workout!!.. I used to be so lazy 5-6 days ago but then just 3 days ago I started to follow a workout routine cause I was feeling more depressed trust me it'll help a lot from mentally and physically :)

But i feel like when you are a Teenager it's much more difficult because you have pimples and oily skin because of your Hormones. And also skin care doesn't help there cause your hormones are the reason for it. So if you don't want that everybody see your pimples or whatever as a Teenager you have to put on a little bit of make up. Also only make up helps with eyebacks
I love wearing makeup to school but the one day I woke up too late to put makeup on someone said I look tired 😃 (Btw, I didn’t let that affect me and I’m still comfortable wearing no makeup to school cause who cares)

For me i don’t wear foundation to school, I only do colour correction and then concealer over that to brighten up darker areas of pigmentation.
