good question, I don't know for sure but I don't see signs there saying you are not allowed to do it, besides there is another company that shares that same little area with the company that I rented from so I don't think each company would notice that you were not renting from either company.
are you able to take kids on them? I have a 5 year old and 3 month old I’m sure if it wouldn’t be safe for the baby but curious for my oldest ! Thank you!

I really miss kayaking. Used to kayak Hunting harbor as well as Newport bay/ harbor

If you bring your own board you don't have to pay to use the bay

Yes---Public Beach--Park on PCH and have at it--Public beach--Free.

They have Kayaks that you can sit 2 people on, so I would give that a try to see if that would work for you.
