Not too often, often times Lugia gets knocked out and we only have to collapsed Lumineon away

Whats the game plan vs turbo hands? Feels like the only really unwinnable matchup on paper

I have a Lost Vacuum to take away the Heavy Rod. One turn without a replacement attacker could make a significant difference. Also, Beach Court-while not useful in this deck per se-negates the effect of Heavy Rod since it reduces the retreat cost of basic Pokémon (like Iron Hands).
