I am a very caring peaceful nonvoilent atheist myself, and the robot that we saw tossed didn’t experience any pain nor emotional trauma than say if my bone breakingly violent right winger type of older brother pulled his chucknorris routine on me even after I moved about 4 hours away.

Boston Dynamics is the pioneer. But they've got some trouble in commercializing their products, being sold from one owner to the next. I think Unitree not only catches up in technology (really benefited a lot from the Cambrian explosion of AI algorithms in recent years), but also shows a more robust business model.
@@fancyleaf Definitely the engineers of Unitree were inspired by Boston Dynamics. However today the price of the robot dog of the Boston Dynamics is five times of the Unitree robot dog. I don't think Boston Dynamany can have any commercial success with five times price.
Boston Dynamics has gone bankrupt and was sold to South Korea's Hyundai. It didn't sell a few products.
@@fancyleaf Well, they're overpriced and slow to innovate (literally just demos of atlas and their robo dog dancing for a couple of years and nothing new) they now lost momentum and now are paying the price for the complacency. Their latest humanoid better bring something game changing otherwise it is only down hill from here for Boston Dynamics.
@@GH-uo9fy I mean it's pretty obvious Unitree copied the dog from Boston Dynamics so it's kind of unfair for them.. Unitree doesn't have to price in the immense cost of R&D, other than the R&D they did to figure out how to manufacture it so cheaply

For this new video, they decided to double down on it and mistreat the robot dog even more. Basically, they're giving the middle finger to the people who criticized their earlier video.

Like to see each manufacturer show that, but also hit it at the connecting pivot joints and also allow a party of logical atheists carefully define the programmed firmware to prevent buggy code. We must be cognitive of the potentials of forms of programming or things can get real ugly.

Fantastic! I am looking forward to robots taking over my job. During COVID I was and still am a vital emergency worker while my managers work at home in the underpants panties and with double income increases. I and my colleagues are apparently indispensable but unrewarded and need to be at work everyday... Being on the r robots so I can join them eating redundant robots on their holidays lol
