Black Forest:
The Black Forest is a large forested mountain range in southwest Germany, in the state of Baden-Württemberg, bounded by the Rhine valley to the west and south and close to the borders with France and Switzerland. It is the source of the Danube and Neckar rivers. Its highest peak is the Feldberg with an elevation of 1,493 meters above sea level. Roughly oblong in shape, with a length of 160 kilometers and breadth of up to 50 km, it has an area of about 6,009 km2. Historically, the area was known for forestry and the mining of ore deposits, but tourism has now become the primary industry, accounting for around 300,000 jobs.

I want to go here but I'm not sure if my 2008 Fiat Panda is strong enough to climb the hills. What do you think ?
Of course it is strong enough. It takes some time but it can easily climb the mountains. I live in that area and my father have a Fiat panda with 54 horses.

So interesting how they don't have "shoulders" on roads in Germany like they do in US. We have a section of gravel on side of road.
Does that mean the Germans are better drivers and can actually stay on the paved part😁

Leider erfolgen die Ortsdurchfahrten zu schnell. Es wirkt oft schneller als Tempo 50 oder 30. Wird auch schneller sein. Tempo 30 wird missachtet. Generell wird zu flott gefahren. Kein gutes Vorbild.
Bin mir ziemlich sicher dass ich nicht schneller gefahren bin als vorgeschrieben ist. Im video lässt sich die Geschwindigkeit nur sehr schlecht schätzen.
@@SigisTravelVideos Selbst wenn es so sein sollte, der Genuss des Betrachters ist größer, wenn langsamer gefahren wird. Auf meinem Smartphone kann ich kein Straßenschild lesen. Manchmal erahne ich vage, was draufstehen könnte.
