The mola is a fabric art done by an indigenous tribe called the Guna Yala. They are hand sewn and are either geometric designs or nature themes.

well that was a bit of a different video for you... dont really think of you as a city girl but yes, it is fun every once in a while to have a change of scenery. the Panama City skyline is pretty cool and that Luna bar is a great place to sit and relax while admiring the view. even though I stayed in "the city" for 10 days during my trip I didnt spend any time in that area. I was at the hotel by the airport for 3 days and then Casco Viejo for a week. the heat and humidity was too much for me so I didnt venture as far or as much as I usually would. the furthest I went was about half way around the Cinta Costera and that was at sunset.
That cinta costera area is so nice. Glad you enjoyed it. It takes me a few garden days to recover from the city energy and the drive 😆
