    Lifter, runner and cyclist here! I was in processes of Boston Qualify training when I got hit with Hodgkins Lymphoma.. Just got off Chemo and building my strength, speed and endurance back up. Vlogs like this are really empowering.

      patrick cook holy shit! That must be really tough. I can’t even imagine what you must be going through especially after performing at such a high level. I hope your recovery is going well?       @@DavidCLancaster thanks. I got off chemo 3 weeks ago. Last wed I ran a 27 min 5k.. not my 21 min. But, I'll take it. Also back to dead lifting 300.

    Another super helpful video. Plank drivers are a huge favourite of mine for myself and a regular I personally use with my clients. Keep up the quality content brother.

      Simon Greenwood thanks dude, I appreciate it. I always used to hate the leg drivers and didn’t really “get” why they were programmed so often but more recently I have really grown to value them.
