Hey there, Mr. Lancaster! Looking good/healthy over there! I just don’t understand why this channel is so underrated... it kinda ticks me off... actually! Anyhow, thanks for the this video. Keep up the good work.
Thumbs The F*** Up hahaha that’s very kind of you to say! Thanks a lot :) the channel is new and I’m in no rush really so give it time, it will pick up 😃 thanks for watching!
Lifter, runner and cyclist here! I was in processes of Boston Qualify training when I got hit with Hodgkins Lymphoma.. Just got off Chemo and building my strength, speed and endurance back up. Vlogs like this are really empowering.
patrick cook holy shit! That must be really tough. I can’t even imagine what you must be going through especially after performing at such a high level. I hope your recovery is going well? Glad you find the blogs useful dude and thanks for taking the time to reach out! I wish you all the best :)
Another super helpful video. Plank drivers are a huge favourite of mine for myself and a regular I personally use with my clients. Keep up the quality content brother.
Simon Greenwood thanks dude, I appreciate it. I always used to hate the leg drivers and didn’t really “get” why they were programmed so often but more recently I have really grown to value them.
