*Keep it as simple as possible:*
    *Bolt-Action - 300fps*
    *All Others - 285fps*

We agree. For this hypothetical "standardized" gameplay we should keep it K.I.S.S.

This is definately the kind of discussions i would like to be a part of and maybe even make some headway. Do you perhaps have a discord or other comunication tool to further this discussion? :)

One thing about magfed is that we have to K.I.S.S. it! however complex we think we are, we're not (semi-automatic cats). I definitely agree that the FPS should be regulated. 280 or whatever is allow across the board. when we start to complicate rules and guideline we lose the population. we lose the people that want to play b/c its too complicated to keep up with. FSR, 280fps, roundball 280fps, period. sniper class this... heavy gunner that... blah blah blah, its bad enough trying to decipher codes and figure out puzzles mid game for objectives, now the refs and players have to remember minimum engagement rules and fps? its too much. In tournament play there is no time for that, just Objectives and eliminations; if everyone is at or below the field maximums the field is happy, the refs are happy, it is a baseline from which performance (manufacturers) and skill (players) can be demonstrated, much like nascar.

100% agree. Our hopes is that we can dial something together as a community and all of these topics needed to be discussed beforehand.
