Its so sad seeing him 80 years old seeing him in his 1961 moon river video its just so sad to see people get older he such a genuine person brings a tear to my eye
In 2009 Andy Williams was 82. He could still sing. He looked good too. He was gone just three years later.

Amazing. Absolutely! You have to remember that even Pavarotti, one of the most famous tenors (and maybe singers) of all time had to have his music transposed lower as he got older. This was because he was unable to hit his higher range as reliably. But Andy Williams shows no such problems and, whilst his voice is naturally a bit shakier than it was 40 years ago, it's still incredible. Long may it continue!
When I met Andy Williams years ago, I wish I'd have known how big a star he was. I just thought he was some wierdo visiting the restaurant I worked at. He spoke to me for 20 mins and gave me a signed photo that I later put in the bin!

We were disapointed with his Xmas show at the Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas,it should have been played in the hotel theatre but was staged in the Orleans Arena.Real shame,it was to be a special treat for my wife.We left within 20 minutes!

what a "timeless" classic song, like Andy himself, have been watching him since I was a young girl, am now 44, still love him; I remember Andy and his show/Specials, ESP with my other Favs from "way back when", Donny, Marie, The Osmonds... brings back sweet memories and a tear to my eye, as I sat and watched them with my parents, who SADLY are gone now... Andy can still sing, and Moon River has always been a favorite old song of mine and LOL the only one I could ever play on an organ...

Same here, I watched him as I grew up. He is absolutely awesome, I hope the younger generation can appreciate and emulate this kind of music. It has heart, It has soul, and a beautiful feeling when you hear and listen to it. God Bless Andy Williams.

Hey! Im 22 years old and my friends and I drove 4 hours to see his wonderful Chrismtas show last Saturday the 5th at Branson and have done so for 2 years. I love him so much and will continue to go see him as long as he performs! What a wonderful man!
I was there the Mon. nite before you 11/30. I live an hour from Branson. Still wondering why I waited so many years to witness this amazing performer, and such a fine example of a gentleman. I'll have to go back next summer to hear the other hits

What an American Treasure!!! A true living legend in the world of music. One of the best singers of our time. He's brought joy into my life. Andy Williams was close friends with Robert F. Kennedy and Ethel Kennedy, campaigning for Kennedy in '68 for President.
For someone his age, Andy Williams still sings amazingly. I have a few old LP's of his music, and I was always amazed at his voice. He has managed to retain the warmth that so characterized his performances back in the golden days of American Pop. Glad to see he still performs.
Ahhhhhhh, bliss, such bliss!!!! Those lucky people at the front, being so close to Andy!

This folks is what music should be like... a bouquet of flowers to UA-cam, Andy Williams and Burt Murdoch. It was nice when music was really music and not the noise that we have today. Make sure that you go back to Andy in the 1960's. Incredible sounds from Andy on the level of Bing, Frank, Perry, Danny, Louie, Red, Nat, Johnnie... those were the days. :) Weekly TV program was one of best and there were many GREAT ONES.. Cheers

That amazing, one of a kind voice is still there! My family enjoyed his TV Show when I was growing up and we watched the Osmonds in their earliest days. Here at 82, he can still thrill an audience!

Has anyone been to see andy williams live in the past year or 2 and if so does he still do a lot of his old songs live ? he is playing at a festival i am going to in june and i dont know wether to see him or not i will if he still does his old songs (happy heart, up up and away,music to watch girls by, cant take my eyes off you). Andy is a great showman! I've seen him twice now. He puts on a great show! I never got to see my idol, Dean Martin, but Andy is great too!
