My (main) hybrid character (I have approximately a million others) is a seawing/silkwing!! He was born without silk so he'll never go through metamorphosis and always has wing buds! He is my little beloved and I love him so much

I have a icewing seawing hybrid who doesn’t have ice breath but has a sandwing sail going through her neck spikes.its very ✨pretty✨ oh she also has a brother who who does have ice breath but with a barbed tail instead that’s all (the names are Neptune and her brother igloo she is purple blue and her brother is blue green:3

Yesss give us the Tau and Cobralily content! I really need to find more content on them they are to cool to stay as a side characters. Also yea, Katydid existed! Wish we got some more canon interactions with her and Cricket in the books, but i do like the dynamic they have!
also for the characters you should also make: Six claws is a pov character he should really be made also mangrove and belladonna are all quite important characters that have big effects on the plot with monarch probably gonna be looking really cool to make

A sandwing/seawing hybrid i imagine would hate bathing in freshwater and love the ocean. The sandwing scales would prevent salt or sand in the ocean to bother them once they dried off but in freshwater hates the feeling of mud or like dirt substrate. Finding the rocks and coral more comforting than the freshwater flora. I imagine they're raised in the desert and was forced to go fetch treasure in fresh water as a way to make a living. Then discovering the ocean and falling in love with it, having a way to enjoy the water and searching for treasure.
Hell yeah that sounds like an awesome character idea and treasure hunter is 10/10 backstory

Also, I myself have a Sandwing-Seawing oc I love very much named Mirage (get it? Like- seeing water from a desert mirage??) and they are indeed quite funky

My Mirage is not part seawing but did once almost drown bc he was under the incorrect impression he was a seawing at the time

also your dream make so much more sense than mine. like, you genrally stay to a plot even if you momentarilly became a frog or something
Oh the best trick is writing all ur dreams down in a diary and then you’ll kind of ‘get better’ at dreaming! Like, you’ll sort of be more conscious whilst asleep and have much more vivid dreams (bonus is that you’ll remember them all if you write them down for lonh enough)

7:50 i actually have an idea for a sand/sea hybrid. Her name is Angler, she's got a glowing bulb on her tail in place of a tail barb, but she still curls her tail up like a sandwing to use the bulb to see because she didn’t get the seawing darkvision

I'd love to see Queen Moorhen in the lineup. So bad! She's such a cool queen and seems to be one of the only ones who has been consistently mindful of her people. We don't have enough Queen Moorhen content. ❤

One of my older WoF OCs is a sandwing/rainwing hybrid named Shifter! She’s mostly pale yellow-gold in colour with black detailing, but she can shift her belly scales and wings to any warm colour. :3

Hi, I just finished the first arc of Wings of Fire in one day, it is late at night, and I thought I would rewatch some of your videos!! :D
I have some characters to recommend, Peril, Riptide, Jambu, Qibli, Orchid, Mangrove, Ostrich, Six Claw, Deathbringer, and Smolder, oh also Thorn! I love her so much, she's like the only good mother, and did not sell her daughter for cows, like Clay's mother! TvT
Know that I know more about the characters, I have grown random attachments, also I would say Web or Whirlpool just so you can abuse him when your angry, yk yk. :p

I don’t comment much on this series, in fact this is my first comment, and this is rather late, but I’ve been watching since the first episode, and calamity turned out so well.
Also my sadness when I realised you won’t do bumblebee was unmeasurable , and when I realised you kidnapped her I almost screamed out loud in happiness lol. When I saw Atala in the voting thingy I was like WAIT ATALA IS A CHARACTER IN WINGS OF FIRE? Because I have a dragon oc in my own series named atala, which funnily enough she is a ‘silkerian’ (name in progress, just the concept name, it’s a tribe a bit like the silkwings but I need a diff name because I’m worried about copyright-) - ‘lunarian’ hybrid which was surprising since I just heard it when researching and thought it was a cool name 😭

Tau is unironically my favourite character if you couldn’t tell by the last couple videos !! but yknow. Why?
Well for starters, she’s a disabled character and I’m bias. She’s not happy that she can’t fight with the rest of the chrysalis safely because of her deformed wing - and the fact if she saw treehopper on the battlefield, she might not be able to handle it. She is literally the head chef for jewel and would make a mean stew. She helps cricket escape jail and thus is integral to saving the entire world and without her everyone would all be mind controlled or something. She helps evacuate Jewel Hive after it’s revealed silkwings can be controlled. She ALSO helps the stealth team find the abyss ,, and is clearly one of the two braincell holders in the assembly
I will be writing a new paragraph on Tau for as many videos as I can manage until she is made :D
