To connect your Zoom account to your Dubsado account, go to integrations under the Settings menu and connect Zoom under conferencing. You need to have your calendar connected first. I don't think you're limited in being able to connect Zoom with a trial account.
Great video. I'm just stuck on how to change the conformation email going straight out after they choose a time. I want to be able to approve the times after they select incase i'm behind schedule etc.
Unfortunately there isn’t a way to edit the confirmation email before sending it out. You can use the ‘prevent bookings less than X hours’ option to make sure they aren’t booking too soon. And use the buffers before and after the appointment to protect your time to make sure your appointments don’t overlap. Hope that helps!
