He is not a favorite, however let's see if he can surprise us. People often forget that if it wasn't his crash, he would be side to side with Pog and Vin.

But his team could change is calendar if he wasn't at 100% for the tour, making him go to the vuelta

Oh I didn't know that... When did he announce it? That changes a lot, but still I don't think he would be on the tour if he wasn't close to 100%
