- How to build an Easy Iron Farm in Minecraft
In this tutorial I will show you how to build an 1.18 / 1.19 Minecraft Easy Iron Farm that produces over 250 iron ingots per hour! You only need very few resources & 4 Villagers and a Zombie!
This Simple Iron Farm also has an amazing and unique design with an Iron Golem Statue holding the Iron Farm!

Important: I made a mistake in the material list, I forgot to add 24 stripped spruce logs.
The farm only works in Java, if you play on Bedrock you need to make changes to the farm.

What are the changes for bedrock? 😄
@@xmellor8163 would have to be massive. Bedrock doesn't have scare mechanics so you need at least 20 beds and 10 villagers all with workstations

I love how these types of farms are designed! Often times, farms just kinda look messy and boring, but with this, you won’t even have to bother building it in a different location! Love how it’s both functional and aesthetically pleasing
For those not getting golems in this farm, make sure you have your simulation distance down or an afk platform above the farm, mobs spawning in underground caves can fill up the entity limit and prevent iron golems from spawning.

This is brilliant. Practical AND beautiful. I love it when a farm includes practical aesthetics as well as being functional. Would have enjoyed seeing this in different aesthetics as well for the different biomes.

Great design! I'm working on creating this in my creative world now. Just one thing: There is no spruce logs in the material list in the beginning of the video. But there are some in the build :)
This iron farm is amazing! It produces so much iron and looks really good. i made it amongst a farm near the ocean with a broken 2 block high wall around each section of the farm. It looks great and is very efficient. Ive always hated massive floating objects in the sky but this... best one yet

it will work for bedrock if you make the top a little different, no zombie, and you need 20 of work station, villagers and beds

A warning, I've had a golem spawn inside with the villagers. I recommend laying down a layer of slabs inside the villager/zombie level of the farm to stop that from happening.
I've also seen golems get stuck in the corner adjacent to the lava, which I addressed by raising the walls, adding a second piece of lava held up by signs *above* the water (so as not to disrupt the flow) and extended the hoppers out to that corner. That way, the golems are killed and iron collected even if they get stuck in the wrong place, but they still usually end up in the correct corner.

Hey strangely they become fishermen and farmers and they can sleep now even though with the zombie nearby
It works i only build The farm But i Made a tool Smit under it its 6 blocks of The ground but sometimes the golem spawnes in weird pkaces Yes i lade it sozen proof

The area below and next to the farm needs to be "flat", so they don't spawn outside the farm.

This should not happen, did you build it differently? (Changes on the height of the base?)

@@script6046 the hill might be too close. Golems are spawning in a big sphere of 16 blocks of diameter

Im disappointed and upset at the same time. I built this iron farm and i also built an afk area above the farm, but no iron golems have spawned

I havnt tried yet, but i dont think this works in bedrock as bedrock dosnt have "scare mechanics"... previous farms of the same type have not worked in the past, and i cant 100% confirm, but im pretty sure this is java exclusive sadly....if anyone proves otherwise, ill gladly delete to avoid misinformation

that's right, but if you change a few things the farm becomes very functional.
For Example: taking beds out of reach of villagers, thus forcing the spawn of Iron golems.

How does this work? You need 10 villagers to spawn an Iron Golem.
This farm only has 4 villagers.
Are you playing on Bedrock? I think you need more Villagers there. This farm is made on Java.

@@Goldrobin I play on java and the fence is open. I really like the desigen and don't whan't it to go to waste. Can it be the problem that one villager is green so he can't accept a job.
