  • My absolute favorite way to join yarn for knitting projects. It is super strong and easy to work. It does leave a small knot so I suggest joining yarn near the edge of a project instead of the middle.

    You can also use some fray check to prevent it from fraying. It acts as a glue so it won't show up layer in your work

    How about the Russian joint. See UA-cam. Much nices than a knot in your knitting.

      I think the russian join can be great for wool, but with acrylic/cotton I find this is more secure. The knot can be hidden in less visible spots or in purl stitches. :)

    A knot in your knitting is NOT nice. It creates weird stitches around the knot There are better ways. Try a nd find the Russian joint on UA-cam.
