Hello there everyone, I am the creator if this game and wanted to write a small comment myself :> I am honored to say that Sean played my game, hello??? That is crazy and beyond anything I ever thought I'd reach! TvT More than that, I appreciate your little message and kind words at the end so incredibly much!! They really mean the world to me and seeing all the love in the comments also absolutely made my day ;v; ♥ This game really took a LOT to make. It's a solo project, done within 5 months and like mentioned in the dev note I am really not great at coding (and a few other things I struggle with too, like animation *cough cough) which is the reason many things that you probably had wished to see, weren't there. And I can assure you most of them were planned but simply not possible for me time or skill wise :( Despite all of that, I still hope it was at least as enjoyable as I enjoyed watching this! Thank you for sharing my game and playing it in such an entertaining way, I had a blast! Much much love ♥

23:15 - 24:00 I can see someone animating this part and being super hilarious with it. Like Sean kickin in the door with all these big monsters, screaming “where’s me buttons!!” And the walking down the hallways of doors and he’s small with eyes glowing in the doorways and he’s saying out loud “I’m a big brave boy” with a balloon and big bow haha
The keycard beep sound the doors make when you open them is really throwing me off because that's the sound my oven makes when you press the buttons. So cool to see that my oven made a cameo

I love that Sean got caught in a brief ADHD stim loop there where it almost seemed like he forgot he was filming while trying to decipher the Morse code 😂 i do it all the time, when you’re making weird little noises and you forget that some people are able to hear you lol very endearing ❤
I found the character’s note about the sleeping pill reactions hilarious. I have severe insomnia and when my doctor started me on something to help it, the first sleeping pills he tried me on made me hallucinate on night 1. It was completely unexpected and honestly terrifying! Thankfully the second one we tried worked well and I still use it to this day, but anyway it was amusing to read the character’s response, when I would’ve had the same reaction myself years ago before I tried those sleeping pills that reacted so poorly with my body chemistry. 🤣
Making a game is not easy, I do wish there was more or sequel game or something, as the story is very compelling and well-done. The graphics too are nostalgic but fit that creepy vibe very well. Cudos to the creator for such a great game!!! Would LOVE more of this

This is a gorgeous college final semester project!! Creating something that others have to experience (games, art pieces, short films) is nerve-wracking sometimes---but it's always great to see something turn out well like this game has

I don't know if the game dev is going to see this video, but if they do, just know that you are absolutely going places! The idea of the game is very neat and done in such an original way, and you were able to showcase the beauty of pixelated games. Sure, it might not have been "the scariest horror game", but you actually had a great, original, simple idea for a game and stuck to it. You made the environment eerie and immersive instead of slapping in some cheap jumpscares, which I appreciate and admire. This game definitely spoke to the Chem nerd in me as well. Overall, this was a really impressive and well-done game. If you want to pursue this career, I truly believe you could go really far!

I like the fact this is a school project. I did a game design class too. i don't know about you, but for me I was pleasantly suprised that we could take a whole class on that and A.I for game design.
I love horror games with more environmentally immersive puzzles! Like the chemicals puzzle, that was actually very cool. And they weren’t too obscure to figure out, like some puzzle games can get. Right in the sweet spot of something that makes you think rather than just being an immersion breaking mini game, plus having enough clues and forgiveness if you’re… Uh… A little more like Jack’s way of solving puzzles.
