I am pansexual and demisexual. I just say I am gay in certain situations because we all know it’s the only thing that those asshole at SPU care about. When I figured out I was bi, I thought “Ok, I can date twice as many people now!”
A month later I realize that 2x0 still equals 0.
I came out as bi to my mom because she talked to my therapist and mentioned she thought I might be not straight because I never seemed to be interested in boys 💀
I decided to come out and she was very supportive, saying that I should do what I was comfortable with. She's really open to learn about the community when she doesn't understand some concept and I'm so happy about it because I used to be so scared. If I hadn't talked about it with my therapist then I don't think I would have come out, unless I dated someone.
I am still a bit worried of coming out to my dad because I don't know if she talked to him about this or in general what he knows. He's a good person but sometimes makes some uncomfortable jokes so idk maybe not for now

I've just come out to my mum and don't plan on telling my dad yet (he makes some weird comments about LGBTQ stuff) I'm just dropping hints to determine what his reaction could be if/when I tell him
As a bisexual woman, I always knew I liked women. It was a little harder for me to realize that I liked men too, and that was because 1. I felt more comfortable with women, and 2. I got physically attracted to more women than men, like for every 10 women I found attractive I found 1 man attractive. But from 18-19 and on I already knew I liked both genders sexually. Not romantically tho. I don't see myself dating a man seriously, even tho I slept with some of them. I'm dating a woman now, and we are very serious about it.

I am demi-sexual and because of that, despite having had my first kiss with a girl (I am a girl) it took me years to figure out that I was also bisexual. And yes, Noah, it evolved over time. I am more attracted to women than men as I am getting older. However, I can only be in love with my husband. It is bonkers and confusing. Coming out was weird and quite recent because of all of this weird confusion. My mother was the first to know before I knew it myself…. Mothers can be amazing like that.
I am also demisexual and bi, and I also was very confused after my first kiss 😂

I'm a Bi-gender Lesbian, but I remember being 14 and believing I was cis, even though I hadn't heard of the term 'cis" yet.I was very UN-educated in queerness at that point in life, but looking back I acted really trans back then.
I guess it could be a good thing when your uneducated at a young age so you can say that your not following a trend or was indoctrinated into it. That's just how I like to think about it.

I'm a 45 yr old bisexual who, after coming out as bisexual at 15 (in the 90's when Bi girls were just there for the pleasure of str8 dudes, eww) I quickly went to dating guys and keeping my wanting to make out with girls mostly to myself. After I met my soulmate(now my wife) I proceeded to spend nearly 20 yrs identifying as anlesbian cause I thought I was no longer Bi because I was married to a lesbian, and all her friends were lesbians that used to openly diss Bi girls as "tourist lebians" I only recently became comfortable with owning the bisexual label as a middle aged elder queer. It's so great to finally see more positive Bi representation

re: coming out with a meme
I did do that with a friend I was almost sure would be supportive (he was!). With my parents however, I wrote/designed/painted a whole booklet about what it means to be nonbinary and what changes I expect them to make, had it printed and sent it to them via post. I felt like I'd ned a lot of explanation and I was too nervous to do it in person :')

i came out as trans by sending memes in the family gc and then my parents kicked me out (im okay now we worked things out)
My sexuality changed like clockwork.
In the past year I’ve been 5 different sexualities and 3 different genders
Oh yeah, definitely saw a change in my sexuality too after transitioning. Before I transitioned, I thought I was exclusively into women. After transitioning, I'm still more into women than I am men, but I like men too, so bisexuality it is. :)
I think I started liking men (or perhaps letting myself like men) after transitioning not only because of the obvious increased comfort with how I am perceived/treated in sexual encounters with men (aka, not as a woman), but also because I'm pretty much exclusively into fem-leaning people, and there are just a lot more fem queer men out there who weren't exactly into me before I transitioned, lol.

Sexuality, or at least your understanding of it, can change and grow. All through high school, I had crushes on girls. Went to university, discovered I was queer when I developed feelings for a guy who was one of my roommates freshman year. In hindsight, I had fantasies about boys and girls but I was very young and didn't recognize it as romantic or erotic. I literally didn't have the concepts for that until I was older. The more I've explored internally, I've realized my physical attraction is mostly toward men and male bodies.
In my case, I think it's also linked to being neurodivergent (autism spectrum). My whole emotional and mental "wiring" around affection, attraction, friendship, intimacy, etc. is different from what seems to be the norm.

When I came out to my mom as a trans man, I felt like I was being so dramatic, I was crying, because I did not know how she would react. She ended up being the more supportive parent, and my dad treated me like a girl and every once in a while would yell at me to be myself, even though when I am myself he wants to change me. My dad wants me to be a girl again but that is not me. I did not mean this to be sad. I want to motivate all of you. If you are younger, and you are trans, just know it does get better. You can get through whatever problem you are going through right now, you just need to believe in yourself. It DOES get better.

I came out as bi at 16 and then after I came out as a genderfluid person when I turned 18 and changed my pronouns to she/they. Then just this year as a 20 year old I came out as a lesbian trans non binary person who only uses they/them pronouns. It was a journey trying to figure out my labels lol
