As a bisexual woman, I always knew I liked women. It was a little harder for me to realize that I liked men too, and that was because 1. I felt more comfortable with women, and 2. I got physically attracted to more women than men, like for every 10 women I found attractive I found 1 man attractive. But from 18-19 and on I already knew I liked both genders sexually. Not romantically tho. I don't see myself dating a man seriously, even tho I slept with some of them. I'm dating a woman now, and we are very serious about it.
I came out as bi to my mom because she talked to my therapist and mentioned she thought I might be not straight because I never seemed to be interested in boys 💀 I decided to come out and she was very supportive, saying that I should do what I was comfortable with. She's really open to learn about the community when she doesn't understand some concept and I'm so happy about it because I used to be so scared. If I hadn't talked about it with my therapist then I don't think I would have come out, unless I dated someone. I am still a bit worried of coming out to my dad because I don't know if she talked to him about this or in general what he knows. He's a good person but sometimes makes some uncomfortable jokes so idk maybe not for now

My whole emotional and mental "wiring" around affection, attraction, friendship, intimacy, etc. is different from what seems to be the norm.

With my parents however, I wrote/designed/painted a whole booklet about what it means to be nonbinary and what changes I expect them to make, had it printed and sent it to them via post. Oh yeah, definitely saw a change in my sexuality too after transitioning. Before I transitioned, I thought I was exclusively into women. i totally relate, i "came out" as trans - but being bi feels like no big deal, mostly people have asked me since i came out if i'm into girls now and i'm just like "yeah i was always into girls" lol 😆

I came out as bi at 16 and then after I came out as a genderfluid person when I turned 18 and changed my pronouns to she/they. Then just this year as a 20 year old I came out as a lesbian trans non binary person who only uses they/them pronouns. It was a journey trying to figure out my labels lol
Lol. I went from 'straight' to 'heteroromantic Ace' to 'maybe lesbian' to 'biromantic-ace' to 'demibisexual'. (All the while forgetting that my first several kisses and stuff were with other girls, so idk why I ever thought I was straight...)
I feel like every time I find a term that suits me, I get therapy and more life experience and realize that it doesn't quite fit, so I re-evaluate and find a better one. Like clothes I've outgrown but still loved. So to answer your question: yeah, personally, my sexuality itself hasn't changed, but it does probably look from the outside like it has...
