    Some people have been and had said this for years but were ostracized and ridiculed by the same people saying this now. CFFB comes to mind. Rob Wolf. Greg Everett etc etc.

      We have known this for ages. I learnt that continuously varied and always high intensity was not optimal training in the 80s during my Bachelor degree in Physical Education. And the textbooks were from the 70s in the Soviet Union!!!
