The only way to get rid of it is 2 options....1- Get a surgery and get rid of the sickness, but your feelings for them will got away too....or....2- You can tell them how you feel and if they accept you, it'll go away! (But if they reject you, you'll die by suffocating from the flowers inside you...😣)

@shoma-o2u in some versions it's caused by repressed feelings and the cure is just to tell the person your true feelings, regardless of whether they're reciprocated or not it's still cured
