My favorites are Angel edt and Angel Muse edp.
I like Angel Crosiere, the second one, I don’t have the first. I also like sucre and Muse edt.
Angel EDP was my signature scent for years. Looking forward to trying this one.
My favourite is oryginal Angel edp from 90's ( before reformulation ), current edt version, Angel Muse edp, and Iced Star ⭐️💙

I'm excited for this release. I'm new to the world of mugler so I missed out on angel iced star. I have angel eau sucree and angel muse edp but not the original edp or edt. I think this would be a nice addition to my collection. Aaaaand my gothy heart loves the black bottle 😂❤❤

I think you need to give this one a chance, and wear it for at least a full day. It’s one you might change your mind over, over and over, at first, because the scent changes throughout the dry down. This one will definitely be a polarising release like most Mugler scents. Especially if you don’t give it time to wear it on the skin and you just make your mind up based on first sniffs (I nearly sent it back at first). I think if you don’t know what to expect and think you’re getting something super fruity and sweet or you’re not a fan of og Angel, you might not like this one, but you could be swayed because it is different and softer,and still perfoms really well. It takes a couple of hours and then some, to settle in to itself on your skin.
For me personally, I agree, the opening spray is amazing, it’s gorgeous. You really smell the tropical sweet pineapple, husky coconut mixed with a little Angel dna. But then the fruity sweetness leaves quickly and you’re left with a creamy subtle coconut but more angel dna, with a hint of pineapple. It’s not as cloying or heavy as the original and when I catch the scent on the breeze, from my skin, it’s gorgeous.
I don’t think it’s what you expect, it’s not the fruity fresh escapade of Nova. The coconut isn’t really a strong artificial sweet coconut smell, more like coconut butter. It smells a bit like Shea butter at first. Creamy, earthy and woody but it settles.
It’s lush, warm, coconut butter creamy, not overly sweet or overpowering, the fruit notes are very subtle and the og Angel dna is there. Which makes it quite unique. When the breeze hits, it smells like holiday evenings in the warm sun.
In the final dry down, a subtle pineapple sweetness starts to emerge again. Think pina coladas with a bit of angel dna. That’s your final result.
The more I wear it, the more I absolutely love this fragrance. At first, I wasn’t sure, smelling it out of the bottle or on tester card is no use, because this fragrance changes on the skin and in different temperatures. After wearing it for a full day and then waking up to still being able to smell it on my skin the next day, my mind was firmly changed. It is heavenly, delicious, unusual, warm but not overpowering. It’s great for summer but because of the og Angel dna warmth, I think you can wear this in winter too. Day or night, because it has depth. It’s yummy and comforting.
If you want a softer, less cloying, slightly pina colada scented angel, this is it. It’s epic! And it performs on the skin, like the best of them. I could smell it lingering in the room I’d sprayed it in, for hours after. People that walked in the house hours later commented, “omg what’s that gorgeous smell?”. As soon as I went out wearing this, random people were commenting on it almost immediately. It turns heads! I do think you have to spray a little more to get the full effect on the skin and the best dry down, but it’s worth it.
(My advice, let this fragrance settle on your skin for at least an hour or 2. Don’t wear it with moisturisers or body butters, because it stays and projects all by itself and the scent can become too cocobuttery, in a lotion kind of way. If mixed with lotion. Wear it on bare skin).
If you found the original Angel to sweet or too heady and overpowering and want something with Angel dna, but a bit softer and friendlier, that is what I think you get with Fantasm.
This is Angel, but Angel on holiday, supping on cocktails, on a tropical shore. I’m so glad I went ahead and bought it now. I love it and actually think this might be a contender for my favourite angel-smelling flanker 🖤⭐️
I think Nova is my favourite because it’s bright and so fruity delicious, but it doesn’t smell like Angel. It could have been a perfume in its own right. I love the warm depth of Elixir for winter, once it’s dried down fully but I think the original og is the best Angel. Fantasm is a contender though. They’re all great performing unique fragrances though. A great line up.

I just received a sample of this and it's lovely! It makes me glad that I passed on Iced Star because I love the extra dose of coconut in Fantasm. Yum!

My absolute favorite Angel is Angel Eau Croisiere 2019 (mango delight!)
I’m torn on this one… I just smelled it, and it instantly reminded me of Angel Eau Croisière - the mango one- in that I don’t know what I’m smelling. With Angel Eau Croisière, I could smell the mango, but I couldn’t distinguish anything else. So it became just a generic fruity smell in me. I felt the same with this one, except it’s pineapple I smell and can’t tell what else. I also don’t smell the OG angel, though my partner could. So all in all, I’m not convinced it will be my fav. But I’ll likely buy it for the bottle just so I can add black to my collection of angel star bottles. But who knows… frags are so expensive now, that I’m not sure I could justify it to myself!
I managed to buy 2 x 50ml pre series bottles. I agree with you. I definitely smell Angel Muse in the dry down😊

The liquid inside is black, not the bottle. The 30mL is not as imoressive in photos as you can somewhat see theough the bottle so it isn't stark black.
I'm on the fence with this one. I had Angel Eau Croissiere and whilst I liked it, i wasn't reaching for it. I'll give Fantasm one more go but otherwise I think it will be going up for sale.

I want to try this so bad, I’m not a fan of angel (more an aura and alien fan) but I loved angel elixir. On my colleague angel smells lovely, on me it smells like Belgian truffles rolled in soil.😢
And you’re right, there is a reason why Angel is still going strong after all these years.

i got this but im confused. i cant smell this on skin like 30 mins after applying and i never have issues like that with a perfume unless its like a bodyspray

Ohh I think the most wearable is Angel Eau Sucree with the extra whipped cream and red berry notes...but it's harder to find nowadays 🙁

The first Angel Eau Sucree and Angel Glamorama are the absolute best onessssss. They said Glamorama was just regular angel in a black bottle on fragrantica but that was a lie. Glamorama smells like someone mixed Angel and Coromandel. Its so patchouli heavy and syrupy. Track that one down.
