- this took a lot of patience and time hehe. this is my first time dedicating/creating a video for an anime/character. because this kind of stuffs requires a lot of effort, but i wanna do it for kazehaya hehe. kazehaya’s blushing/adorable video compilation is 1hr already, that’s why i decided to break it into different parts. i’m not doing this to gain views, i just wanna share with u guys how adorable kazehaya is hehe, i hope u enjoy watching him as much as i do.

This anime honestly felt like they had the most normal, realistic cast. No goofy superhuman shenanigans with weird explanations, no sexual harassments (on both sides) disguised as jokes, or anime logic jokes. Even with the male love interest, Kazehaya wasn't portrayed as a 100% perfect person and at one point tells Sawako he's not perfect and has his own bad sides too and makes mistakes because for a long time he was put on a pedastal by the other girls and I believe even Sawako thought the same until she finally got to know the real Kazahaya. Plus I LOVED seeing the guy's side of falling love! Most of the time I feel like we only see the girl's side. Just two sweet kids getting to know each other and falling in love.

oh my god i just rewatched it after 4 years because the romance animes coming now a days dont give me the shoujo vibe i want and i smiled like an idiot at all their interactions. srsly old shoujo anime were the best
omg totally know what you mean 'cuz same!! my all time fav's are kimi ni todoke, ao haru ride and lovely complex. the newer ones just don't feel that real and they just can't portray the emotions of love and are often more superficial

I watch it again bcs I miss school romance so bad lol I think this type of romance trope has never failed to make a butterfly sensation in my stomach 🦋 bcs I relate to it so much. And no doubt this anime raising my love life standard (as well as kazehaya raising my standards in men 😅)

What makes me love this anime so stinkin’ much is how Sawako FIRST starts out with wanting a friend and to be anyone but herself. Cuz she thought there was something wrong with her, given how everyone always apologized when they first meet her. She didn’t have a crush on him, she started out like every school romance should start off in an anime series. And Kazehaya such a gentleman~ He has a gorgeous smile and he is fair and honest, and he fell in love with a girl’s beautiful smile~ Then, the more they both interact with each other they both slowly find more than what they expect from each other. It is the sweetest purest of love you could want in a school romance anime~ These complete each other along with themselves that is a true relationship~

You can't find many male leads who pine for the heroine as much as Kazehaya did for Sawako right from chapter 1. It might not seem like it but he literally worked to get her attention lol.

i watched this anime for the first time a long time ago and only now am I really appreciating the slowness of the romance in it. I always liked fast paced stuff but this is just so much more realistic and I feel like this kind of slowburn romance could happen in real life. One of my favorite parts of it is how kazehaya falls for her first so fast (which is realistic cause guys fall faster than girls), and although its obvious he pines for her from very early on he still lets her build her way up to it. Takes it slow so shes comfortable with her feelings and their interactions. Its just so cute in the way it portrays loving someone, while letting each other grow on their own as well. He doesn't take the overprotective and posessive reaction to when she wants to make friends, because he wants her to be happy before anything else. Kazehaya is one of the best representations of realistic, sacrificial, unconditional love that I've ever seen in media. 10/10 Bestest of Best Boys, the romance makes me cheese like an idiot every time I watch it.

if you check out the movie version with kazahaya portrayed by Miura Haruma, he's literally made for that char TAT

I think Aces death was the most dramatic and sadest scene of the whole series! For all thouse who don't know: I heart it that the end of one piece will be MUCH SADER than the death of ace! This is what Eiichiro Oda (The inventor of "One Piece") said in a interview. OMG! I don't want to know how sad will be the end of one piece when i allready cried everytime i saw the scene were Ace died!

When I first watched it on DVD at the time I was in love with this story especially the ML who treated Sawako so well. I remember watching this every night not even my mom knew why I was always sleeping in the car.

I used to read the manga when i was a kid and never finished bc the series hadn't been finished and i for some reason thought it had been discontinued. I decided to catch up on the anime about a month ago bc the 3rd season was recently announced. I binged it in like a week or so. I've had really bad depression and anxiety these past few years and have been really isolated. But watching this show makes me want to make more friends and fall in love and experience life with loved ones. These kind of shows/mangas/stories are my favorite.
