Few clarifications from the video:
Focus is for slowing the movement of the ship down and also increases the player's rate of fire when fire is pressed.
Vacuuming the medals is done by simply not firing for a period of time.
Leaderboards were active, it defaults to show your position in the table but as no score was set it returned nothing. This has been updated that if there's no score it shows the top of the table.
