Rule of thumb on PVP, go either crit chance or Crit damage. Never go HS damage cuz the way players move is different from npcs, which makes it harder to ultilize those HS multipliers.

keep in mind with tactical scanner, it only applies to people you actually pulse, and like you said everyone is running scrambler-it cancels your pulse if they hit you with it so yours will be completely negated
I agree with you, LethalvD, chd is the way to go, especially when combined with headshot dmg....using pakhan atm and always aiming for uppper torso of npcs or other players to get the crit dmg working. And yeah, tactical scanner does increase dmg, love using it. Didn't realize booster shot can help increase dmg, thx for the info, mate. By the way, I saw a player with 1400 ARM equipped with purple mods. Is this legit? I mean, all of his gears have 1400ARM??

I mean I got my Bullfrog doing General Assembly on legendary from the hunter. But I’d prefer getting any exotic on Amherst’s Apartment on legendary, if your team doesn’t die a hunter will spawn at the end. Also the recoil on the Bullfrog is not that good at all but you can fix that with weapon mods. However using stability and accuracy mods will slightly decrease the bonus damage of the gun. Say your stock damage is 16k plus it’s main ability +15% = 18.4k but with mods it’ll go to about 18k. So it’s honestly a great gun especially with predator as it can have up to about 950 rpm with extended mags, about 1010 with some other mag.

Leth, starting to watch your vids more and more now... I am constantly getting melted out there and I am getting pretty frustrated, I have a bullfrog, I run 4 piece striker for the building damage, I run an M4 as my offhand weapon and I use my consumables all the damn time... most of my fights usually come down to the last few bullets and I know that I am NOT a bad player but I just struggle with winning fights. 7472 firearms, 4850 Stam, 2875 Ele... I have worked my talents and gear to match what everyone else is saying but still just struggle. (very frustrating)
Try to stay in group, use pulse to get damage up. Use health pre-emptevily with overdose for additional tankyness. Know when to run to get health up and to continue fight. Up camera speed to 100 and ads 90 or 100. When in though spot learn to strafe and dodge. There are some tuts out there. Good luck.

Focus Gaming I have 184% headhot dmg and base dmg at 185k in m700 carbon yet on xbox it's still a 2 shot to the head rather than just a 1 shot like on pc🙁

I've been playing this game for a few weeks. My guns are like pea shooters and I have NO chance of making it through missions. I gave up level 13. I simply can't kill the bad guys. My only tactic is to back away and back away and back away and shoot and shoot and shoot. But now I'm in a mission where I leave the mission zone if I back away too far. So I've reached the end of the game for me. What a waste of money.
My high end build has 9400 fire arms and I melt people bout I prefer my seeker mine build with 9300 skill. Even if I die fast I still get you in the end lol
LethalvD the LVOAC has a high rate of fire and it's good but I really like the police m4 with it's higher base damage .. I can get my police m4 up to 30k base damage it's just fun in my opinion

That's just the bullfrog man, uncomplicated inflates the numerical value for DPS, which yes, is aesthetically pleasing.. but it means nothing. The actual DPS value regulates the base damage on your weapon within 5000 DMG. For anyone reading or in need of tips, Focus on crit hit chance and damage. Focus on skill haste. Skill haste can be raised to 40% without any pieces of tacticians authority. If you're critical hit chance and damage is higher, you can make 200k DPS hit harder than 500k. I promise you DPS is an inaccurate view of your damage. 300k toughness, 300k DPS, 200k skill power with 40% skill haste and a booster shot will make you more efficient and more battle effective than the dude with 350k toughness and 500k DPS with zero efficient healing abilities.

Headshot damage mods artificially inflate your sheet DPS numbers, as the game assumes you will hit many more headshots than is possible, also reload speed will artificially inflate sheet DPS numbers, you should be looking at CHD and CHC to increase your damage, even if it lowers your DPS sheet number. In your video you hardly ever hit anyone in the head so your wasting all that extra headshot damage. There are many videos that correctly advise on how this game works (or doesn't) you should watch some before making more advice videos. Not trying to be mean but if your going to advise new players you should give them correct info.
most players that watch my vids are on PC, PC its WAY easier to hit headshots than it is on XB1 (which is what im playing on) so i would still recommend stacking headshot damage
It is true that hitting headshots is easier on PC but the game artificially inflates sheet DPS numbers in relation to any headshot damage modifiers, you get more DPS by stacking CHD and capping out CHC with the aid of pulse. The sheet DPS numbers won't show it but if you test in the range you will see the difference.

if he was in last stand yes its legit, all gear normalizes in LS
definitely always forgetting to use the explosive bullets and incinerate bullets. you get so focus before the battle starts.

I've been constantly trying to get the best weapon damage builds and still get melted, as if I'm tickling the enemy than hurting them.

well try rolling health on the gear you can, also use stamina / health weapon mods, and your armor mitigation should cap out at 30% (or even higher)

try making a full high end / exotic build really really good for damage (but u do need to have skull mc gloves)
without crit chance, you don't have crit dmg. simple as that.
best ratio is 1:2 crit chance:crit damage. Unless you have something in your build that guarantees critical hit.
I believe Pecision is stronger than scanners. Plus, you dont have to waste a talent slot.

try getting that up that might be your issue, i have around 4900 stamina with 240k+ health in last stand

no prob, honestly same here I never use them but for the past week I pop them whenever im going into B or a group of players and it really helps out
If you're using a gear set I would lose the savage gloves for a nimble holster. Just my opinion.
idk i like the savage gloves more since the critical hit chance
i understand...but as a solo player that extra heal from nimble is nice with evasive action and maybe tactical advance for some extra damage

not really, i like since it increase ur damage on top on the extra critical hit chance & critical hit damage
tactical scanner puts a debuff on the enemy, conceal pulse removes the debuff. does tactical scanner somehow still do more dmg?

try using a scrambler pulse so people cant pulse u when in gunfights

brutal is only good if your good at headshots. I'd recommend unforgiving in 3rd slot since everyone is more squishy.
