I bought a box of assorted cotter pins up to 7.5 centimetres long and made a range of rollers by using old biros and inserting the pins through the hole where the ink insert used to go. I then filled the end of the pen with a glue gun. These make great, cheap and permanent rollers.
Thank you for this video, yes paper bead making is lots of fun, hey as you were going thru some of your scrap papers where you just swipe the paint brushes onto them, well that colored scrap paper you showed with the smaller multi bluish colors of all blues & some aqua, it was done so nicely, that it would look fantastic in a frame to hang onto the wall & I'm not kidding.
Thanks for all the good & thorough detail. Lots of the papers you mention would not normally occur to folk to use for crafting, so thanks! Adorable the way you keep calling it "ModgePodge"! I may start calling it that now, myself! 😊👍🏽
Thank you so much for this detailed tutorial on the different ways to roll paper beads. I learned a lot and the pace of the tutorial was perfect for a beginner like me. I look forward trying some of your tips. I share your passion for crafting too. As I watched your tutorial I worked on my cloth dolls. 😘

Hello, it's the first time I see your channel and I loved it. I like to create with what I have at hand, my tools, so I thought of something very simple; in the tool with the metal clip wire that you taught us to make and you mention, that you cannot keep the rods together, what would happen if you put another roll of paper (removable) like the one that contains the fixed rods at the opposite side, only so that they do not open..., the function and the way of making the rolls will be the same... Thaks a lot for teaching us.
Personally, since i hold the bead in my left as i roll, i wind the left most side up first. The other two sides just whip around freely without tangling me up.
Hi, is there a place to get the template for the beads that were made?? I looked thru resources, could not find. I love how Kimberly explains how to make the beads.
Kimberly, I enjoyed everything in your video about paper beads, but I gotta tell ya, after all the times I heard you say "Modge Podge" instead of "MOD Podge," I can't take it anymore. Best of luck.
Question good explanations and showing different beads but I did not see you cutting the paper and rolling saucer beads. That is the one I wanted to see and you didn't do it.
The best saucer beads I've done were 3 or 5 same size papers rolled at once. Stack them, roll them...the ends will be different lengths because the outer most paper wraps a larger circumference but you can just cut the other tips shorter if you like.
This is a wonderful video tutorial! Lots of different bead shapes and papers. Thanks!
Yours is the best presentation I have seen for bead making. Your work is beautiful. I will be following your directions. Thanks ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊
First tutorial in a very, very long time where I stayed right to the end! Well presented and explained, brilliant! Thank you!
Excellent because you are so thorough and clear. Best tutorial of this kind ever!! Thank you.
I love how you recycle so much into beautiful, useable bits! I also use old paper maps 😊
You are such a good instructor, you put things in a way it's easy to understand. I learned a lot, thank you

I did too! I love to use sharpie markers (when the ink runs out)
Cotter pins work really great. I used skewers and cut through the middle so I have two flat surfaces
This is a tremendous tutorial! Best I have seen. Thank you so much!
Thanks a lot for this wonderful video

Hi, is there a place to get the template for the beads that were made?? I looked thru resources, could not find. I love how Kimberly explains how to make the beads.
I tried just taping two toothpicks together...my paper would not stay between. Rewatched your two toothpick maker section and retrying...
Where do you get "your" paper?
Did you make your pendant?
Yes I did!
Kim some people just cannot be happy with what you have to offer they just cannot be pleased 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉kk nz kia ora

It’s Mod Podge not Modge Podge.
I ALWAYS say it wrong!!😂
Truthfully I don’t know why it matters, but for some reason every time I hear it, i cringe. I’m sorry. I guess it’s my OCD coming out.

Just so you know...I can no longer toss paper scraps 😅
Most of this is really good and helpful, but i couldn't listen to her say modge podge a thousand times, so i had to leave in the Middle.
To much of talk of paper
