Leona’s Spirit Album for me was the epitome of us 90’s babies, our growing up in love - forgiving teenage song . Her track list was just the right sound at the time. Along side with Katy Perry’s “The one that got away” Rihanna’s “Complicated” Mariah’s fun track “touch my body” and We Belong Together was the shit in High School even though I really don’t have much idea how to be so madly in love despite the meaning of the song. Lady Gaga’s crazy “Bad Romance” Beyonce’s “Irreplaceable” 2005 - 2011. So nostalgic atm. Fuck you Covid! 😂

Leona Lewis has been my favourite singer since I was a little girl I remember her on X factor and the whole time I wanted her to win and she did and I loved every song and my dad always remembered that so her songs have a special place in my heart because when “run” came out it was about the time mum and dad split up and he dedicated that song to me and now he’s sadly passed away but it still means a lot like it did back then❤️🥺
