I was literally just thinking how sick something like this would be for a game soundtrack. It would sound right at home in one of the old DOOM games or something. If I was doing something and needed a soundtrack, I'd definitely pay for some of his work. This stuff is pretty solid.
I appreciate the dedication to doing it the right way. It’s no fun seeing someone play Through the Fire and Flames on a piano and basically do the chords and melody line and skipping every single difficult part. But not you. This is the real deal. This is proper and truly impressive and also fun to listen to. Truly a gem!
Holy shit. This is such a masterpiece, I didn't know something like this was even possible. And the solo towards the end? I like it even better than the original and that's saying A LOT. My pulse must've been around 200 at the end. Wow. Seriously dude, this is your limit break.
Came here to this video specifically from an Andriy Vasylenko post, although I've seen them before. This right here however, had me just glued to the screen. EPIC. Well done. The song is hard enough to learn on one guitar, but you duplicated EVERYTHING, Even capturing the fullness and richness of the harmonies in the lot of guitars part. I couldn't even begin to fathom the thought and time that went into transforming the song from Metallica to stylophone, learning and arranging each individual part like that....Also really dig the "What if Zelda covered Metallica" sound lol. If you ever put these on Spotify, they're going in my lists! Hell I'd buy a CD!
This is my first time seeing "One" of your videos and....... WTF did I just watch and hear!!! I thought my head was going to explode by the end! 🤯 LMAO 🤣 This was Amazing! 👏
Oh. My. God. 🤯🤯🤯🤯 The guitar harmonies... the layering... the drumming is spot on with the double kicks... again growing up both with Nintendo and learning these songs on guitar and knowing every note and drum beat inside out and seeing you replicate it perfectly is INSANE. I can't explain how awesome this is. This arrangement is staggering. Metallica need to see this!!
I hope this video gets you the attention you deserve. 12k views on this masterpiece is criminally underrated. Keep up the great work, and take care of yourself.
Absolute godtier work. I love how you gave this song a well deserves justice by playing the entire piece. Those last solos were absolutely epic. Fantastic work
This is perhaps your best, most skillfully, orchestrated performance yet. I thought "Still More Fighting" was taxing but the amount of precision in this song has that beat. Fraducking bravo!
Damn this is absolutely impressive! I am sure the machine gun riff was an absolute pain to get down but it sounds awesome at the end, solos (especially harmony one) are great, yeah this is just fantastic! Great job! However, I have to ask something unrelated, is there any possibility you write the full song for the guitar techniques video? I get you need time off, but Id really like to hear the rest of that amazing performance :D
*lol, I need some effing rest*
Next week, next cover
Sure, we can deal with resting... just don't stop making these videos.
Do what you have to in order to keep this awesome content as well made as it is
Rest those poor wrists, you animal!
