I love how he tells you how to do it his way and explains why you should. Others would just do things without telling you what they're doing.
This man is a GENIUS - I followed every step and result is AMAZING as phone worked great with new screen
i read the comments below and sensed that you are kind of ignoring the people who are asking you where did you get the replacement screen from?. If you want to be secretive about it fine do not tell it, but actually you can tell about what to and what not look for out there in the market so we don't start with shitty parts.

Oh wow bud you gave me so much courage! I've killed my brand new s21 ultra 3 days after I've received it brand new insured! But the insurance company had not taken responsibility!! I'm getting a new screen on Monday and start the rebuild! Thanks ever so much for making it all super transparent!!!

@Kringie1989 yes I did it no problem. If your screen is already broken you don't have to be overly careful with the removal. It went just fine but taking the screws out of the antenna was really really difficult!!

Hey man im curious where u got the screen itself from...my s21 ultra has an intermittent black screen of death and i wana get a new oem lcd screen...id love to take ur course and learn some more cuz i can do this no problem i love pullin things apart but im disabled and need money for the screen first😬🙄🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️ i appreciate ur help and content man💪🏻👍👍🤘

when transferring the front facing camera if new silicone is not used does this affect the IP68 rating ?

The heat gun I use, you can buy them from Home depot or Loews. Actually on Amazon too.
Any tips on how to get the screws out when they are just so tight/stripped?
I've used a few different screwdrivers and also used WD-40 but apart from 5, the rest won't budge! Haven't had this issue before :(

I watched this 3 time's and after 3 hours successfully replaced my cracked screen.it has previously been repaired by samsumg, and incredibly 2 screws were missing plus both 5g antennas were missing on my cracked screen.
My inly regret was not fixing it myself when i first broke it 2 years ago.

Where to buy the body/screen
At the beginning you showed the price of the adhesive as the price of the back cover glass. The back cover glass is actually like 50-70 bucks not 5 dollars
No. That's the price of the back glass just like I show it. You read the end of it. It says back glass+ lens+ adhesive. The adhesive comes already installed on the back glass cover. Who the F would pay $50-$70 bucks for a back glass?

Quick question:
If the phone started badly overheating after screen replacement what's the likely mistake made by the technician?
Maybe some plastic under heatsink wasn't completely removed under the chip board? My heat sensors are sometimes reaching almost 80C. The phone drops connection around 50C and turns off/reboots after 70-80C.
EDIT:
I figured it out. The tech forgot to remote the film/sticker over the cooling material under the CPU during the screen replacement. :(
Did the tech open up the phone again to remove the film?
Does the LCD from ebay work?
What if the front screen is the only thing damaged? Same process, but carefully take off the back?
The whole screen is replaced on this phone. That's the display Oled screen and glass.
Hello, Could you tell me the correct size or number of the Y type screwdriver, I have already bought two precision kits and the ones thath come whit it do no work with the Y screws or triwing screws.

I cant get the antenna screws out with a y000. I got 4 out, but the other three are stuck. Help? Y0 isnt working either
Is it fine to use plastic tweezers to remove connectors?
Hi, repair guy here. It's always wise to use a spudger. That way you minimize the probability of ruining the connectors pins

what do you do when Samsung Blocks your phones and deletes the firmware of the Touch portion of the touch screen leaving you with an unresponsive screen

My S21 Ultra didn't have the side 5G antennas. SM-998B. Had the same problem with the reception antenna screws. Couldn't get 2 out so I cut the connectors. Tried drilling the heads off but only had **** Chinese drill bits that small. Needless to say that was a waste of time. All the cutting power of a dull butter knife. Ordered a new ribbon but put it back together anyway. Getting reception😅😅😅😅😂
this job sucked!!! tried to fix my own phone. some of the screws would not come out with all my force and stripped. now i got a pile of shit.... gonna have to take it to a repair shop now.
You need a better screwdriver for cell phones. I never have issues taking out screws on this phone.

Use a hair dryer. Just will take longer hearing up the back.
Now, what do I do with these extra screws left over...?
