Notice that Smokey said, “they” ☝️A lot of people try to treat the rest of the Jackson’s like they were an afterthought. When in fact, they all were talented! Their Father made sure of that. Fortunately, in that talent they had one who was a prodigy. And the rest became history 🙌🏾👑🙏🏾

Right? I was thinking that, too. He remembers every little detail of things that happened 50 years ago. Remembering that Who's Loving You was on the back of the record and, even though Smokey probably hasn't listened to MJ's version of Who's Loving You in ages, he remembered exactly how MJ started the song to make it his own, which everybody went on to imitate.

Appreciate the fact that Smokey keeps mentioning artists needing a hit record to catapult them to stardom.
Still the same today, which is why a lot of folks who think going viral is the only thing until they put out an album with no hits that goes wood.

To me Marvin is the best singer to have ever done it but I'll give credit where is due, Michael did a fantastic job. It's all age related at the end of the day because I don't really consider Michael to be part of my time since I was born in 1954 as a guy who was a teenager then

Beatles found his voice God like. They were a fan. Same with MJ being a fan of his and being inspired. He is so much history. Like Quincy we need to know all the history on record raw uncut! We are lucky to have him still. Needs to be done soon
