For all you people that may read this. I have written a letter to every state. Attorney General in every state's revenue office . That breaking is gambling and that everybody who breaks should obtain a license and have a background check and then anybody that breaks must be 21 because it's gambling and it will be up to the breaker to get a copy of Copy of everyone's Driver's license.

Thanks for your unwanted input about how you work for the government and want to collect more tax dollars via fees for licenses. Parents buy sports cards for their kids from breakers online more often because there are no local card shops in there area or any retail product at any store’s. Thanks for trying to take more fun out of the hobby being a Bureaucrat only worried about money for the Government
