This is a performance in "One Thousand and One Nights" Gala on October 30. This Gala was held by the company 快手 (Kwai) and 江蘇衛視 (Jiangsu TV). 快手(Kwai) is a Chinese video-sharing app. It is a live broadcast and what you listen to in the video is without audio post-production, after which the performances in most pre-recorded shows are usually released.

You are right, LangLang is a pianist, one of the best in his generation in the world.
About the choir, it’s an amateur Miao farmer choir estabilshed at 1937 by an Australiar missionary. Their vocal skills are also derived from traditional bel canto. Actually they've performed in many countries.
About the Scarborough Fair, it's an ancient English folk, it's origins can be traced back to the Middle Age. You can not hear it ckearly because it mainly sung by the choir, and the unfamiliar lyrics:
Are you going to Scatborough fair?

Thank you for the lyrics and providing choirs information! At 1st it seemed weird to me that they were dressed in traditional asian village clothings but choir a western folk song! But learning the choirs history probably make sense....
